The restaurant is nice and has a great atmosphere. The service was great! The food was mediocre. I ordered the fish tacos and they were bland.

Burgers and fries were delicious, service was great. It's more of an outdoor sit on the deck listen to the band kind of place as opposed to a sit down climate control restaurant. We will definitely be back for a Peanut Butter Pepper Jelly burger !

Great bar, incredible view and live music on weekends on an outdoor stage. Only drawback is the rotating food service or lack of. Otherwise outstanding if you want the laid back beach bar vibe.

Understaffed at the bar, the two people behind the bar couldn't keep up despite their best efforts. The wait time to order a drink got up to 15 minutes. A guy actually ordered 10 drinks when he was finally served just to avoid the wait for the rest of the night.

We have friends that are locals in BSL and they recommended Buoy’s for the afternoon as a great place for live music and a convenient spot to wait for the Boo on the Bay parade to begin! It was a fun time with the Razzoo band playing and people dancing & singing along! A lot of patrons were dressed in costumes for the parade and evening festivities. I believe the live music goes until 7pm on weekends then there’s a DJ afterwards which I’ve heard is very popular with the younger crowd. We’re middle aged so the day drinking and afternoon live music was great for us! It was a perfect pre-parade spot for our group of 6 plus the Ole’ Miss vs LSU was on the tv’s so sports fans could also enjoy the game! It was the first time 4 of us have been to BSL so it was cool that a parade was scheduled while we were there, BSL sure knows how to party! We collected beads tossed from decorated golf carts so that was fun!
Nothing on their website is even close to reality. Their menu is burgers and more burgers from a take out window. Food was ok . Nothing special. Bar staff very rude. If you want a warm beer and burger then is your place. If you want a menu that matches the website and servers then go somewhere else.

Who cares about my review. Nothing was wrong with this place except for the rule at 9 o'clock. Sitting at the bar, watching the Lsu game. Here comes 9 o'clock, I have to vacate my seat. Apparently the place turns into a dance club at exactly 9 o'clock. Would of stayed longer and drank more but was kicked out my seat. Burger was pretty good, had to send it back the first time.
