Food too dry and overpriced

The staff was amazing and helped us get enough food for a fantastic get together. Even gave recommendations on what to get for the kids! Definitely will be back!!

The food was cold. The rolls should be put in a bag not the food container. The moisture on them and unedible. The ribs had dried out sections of them that you couldn't eat. For the price I paid, this should have been better.

This place is in a gas station fyi... chicken wings should have been cooked longer. Too slimmy... and the veggies were rancid. I will post pictures.

Employees behind the counter were unfriendly and slow. 7 workers from the Mercedes Benz dealership left because they have 1 hour for lunch. I was the 3rd person in line, and it took 20 minutes to place my order. Ribs were too fatty and brisket too tough. Very disappointed!

Every time we eat here it gets worse and worse. This is absolutely the last time. Everything was just awful. I got the chicken plate with sides. The chicken was dry as dry can be, seriously I don’t know how they even serve it in good conscience. On top of that its freezer burned, tastes terrible. No wonder it’s so dry. I got the Mac and cheese brisket cup for a side. Total garbage, inedible. There were about 3 Mac noodles in the cup, not sure why there were beans but they were complete mush and the brisket was tiny shreds of inedible meat-like substance. And this stuff isn’t cheap. I literally threw it all in the garbage and vowed never to go here again.

My first review ever (57 years) … Wednesday 15 2024 …. Ribs& brisket lunch …terrible! Doesn’t even deserve a one start !!! Never again ! Just shut the place down! Wasting peoples money !!!!

I went inside and ordered my food. The price on the menu is not the right price. For instance I ordered the pork plate and it said $11.99 but the real price was 16.99. They need to update their menu that has the prices inside. The worker said that those are not the real prices on the sign.

I ordered my husband the pulled pork and the rib plate and omg when he open it It looked like someone ate it and spit back in the box. It was very dry and cold . I won't be ordering from here anymore. It is the bay st louis store. Very nasty

I have eaten many times from Dickeys in Bay St. Louis MS. I just received my food and very disappointed. My wife, myself, and my son ordered food. I ordered the chicken (dry) with regular sausage (burnt and very dry), my wife ordered the chicken (dry) with jalapeño sausage (burnt and dry) and my son ordered chicken (dry) and pulled pork (dry). I have never had the driest food in my life. This is ridiculous and horrible that we spend this much money for this. I have never had bad food from here but as of what I dealt with tonight we won’t ever order again. I can’t believe that you send out food like this. Only thing that was good was fried okra. Not to hard to mess that up. You need to fix this issue. I’ve always loved your food but it was a disappointment this time. Not a happy customer and possibly won’t return.

I ordered delivery from door dash and got the 2 meat platter w okra and baked beans and 10 piece lemon pepper wings. The sides were missing from the platter, I got the tiniest piece of sausage and slice of brisket and the wings barely had seasoning. Worst bbq food I've ever

Great food, typically ready for pickup at requested time after ordering on-line. Staff on BSL location are always cheerful. Smallish 2-3 table for eat-in customers (it's part of a gas station/convenience store) but we typically do takeout. The BBQ itself is first rate and the sides are tasty, too, maybe a little on the skimpy side. Food is a bit pricey, but we always get one of their specials (like the popular BO-GO two-meat special with purchase of two Yellow Cups) which makes it pretty reasonable.
