We got there at 615pm. We placed our order for food amd drinks. Our drinks arrived, got looked at by our waiter several times who refused to give us more chips and refills. When it came time for the food we never received it and they gave us problems canceling our order to just leave. No warning that the wait would be over an hour. Very unprofessional and horrible service. It will be way to long before we decide to come back

Go to avocados. Would not recommend. Been here a few times, will not be returning. Everything went ok at first... service was a little slow, no refills on chips/ drinks.. we ordered queso but had no chips.. only 3/4 people got food. My food was SO soggy. Waitress stated that she ran into someone and dropped the 4th plate, but it’s pretty apparent she forgot to put it in. Seating sections were not smart. Our waitress had 10 tables inside, and 1 outside (us) on the patio area.

Normally a decent Mexican restaurant. Our waitress was nice, but the food wait was ridiculous. Order came out wrong and cold. Sat on an empty drink for about 20min.. food showed after an hour.. not sure if I'll be back.. Mexican places are a dime a dozen.

Great food but slow service from our waiter. We ask for more salsa and had to be reminded of the other drink we ordered we had to get another waiter to bring it because ours ,she was too busy trying to wait on other tables people that had just came in and we were there before them. She never came back for refills or asked us did we need anything until we got ready to leave. I had to go tell the owner about our service he was very understanding and came and brought our food to our table.

A Mexican culinary disaster!! California steak burrito was not good. Mix fajitas place- the chicken was good, steak flavor was good but was like chewing a boot, probably the worst chorizo, the shrimp was average. Rice was not even eatable. I was not impressed with this place at all.

Excellent food. Our waitress, Merlin, was wonderful. Best place in the area for Mexican food. Extensive menu options. 2 for 1 margaritas was an added delight. Would recommend. We had chimichangas, fajitas, ribeye w/ shrimp. All items were delicious.
Great food and drinks, and reasonably priced. Not too mention great service. Always good to have a hometown favorite and when it comes to Mexican, La Chula's is the place.

Loved the Mariachi Band, and the margarita's! The food would have been great had they took better care not to cross contaminate my dish with bell peppers! Should take better care of customers with food allergies!
