Rudeness and yelling (in front of a child) when there was a misunderstanding about types of payment accepted. More yelling and cursing (in front of other customers) afterward. After all that, the snowball wasn't even good. NOT WORTH IT!

Some of the softest sno-balls on the coast. These are how they are supposed to taste- not chunky and crunchy ice or with the syrup only at the bottom. The flavors are also on the mark - not so sweet that they all taste the same. Love this place! Thanks Paule, Keep being AWESOME!
