I’m not sure what’s going on with the chicken here, but the batter needs serious improvement. The flavor comes across as bland, stale, and even a bit bitter. On the positive side, management handled the situation well and replaced my order without hesitation. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same taste issue. I appreciate the great customer service, but the recipe or preparation of the chicken definitely needs attention.

My daughter and I went through the drive-thru because I just needed a little something to eat before dinner. I ordered the spicy wrap ($3.99). She asked for a large water. The woman said our total would be $7.87!!! When we got to the window. I asked why it was so much money. She said you have to pay full price for a cup of water just as if you were ordering a soft drink. That is absolutely ridiculous! I'm a paying customer. Can you imagine charging your customers for a cup of tap water. Wow! A major company like this so petty. Definitely kills my vibe for Popeyes any further. The way I see it that is just greed I feel like I was robbed!!!! They gave me the wrong wrap. Even on the receipt it says honey mustard wrap when we ordered a spicy one and the woman even repeated our order correctly. The wrap was terrible. It didn't even have honey mustard on it. It only had a Gob of mayonnaise and one tender which tasted old and well just nasty. Won't be back!

ordered a tenders family meal the staff was awesome I half paid with quarters and it was no problem cashier was very polite and smiled the food was hot fresh and fast thanks you BSL Popeyes team I will absolutely drive all the way across town to get more Popeyes
