I live in Bay St. Louis and I am a frequent customer of this smoothie king- Always consistent and have great smoothies. But there is an employee there by the name of “Selena” Who IS A VERY rude and miserable person. I asked her a question about the pumpkin smoothie, and her answer was very sharp And she acted as if I was bothering her?? And then she turned around before I could even get another word out of my mouth. And as I was ordering from the drive-through, she was extremely rude again & Her tone was full of nasty attitude. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it- She needs some courses on customer service or she needs a new profession. I would be embarrassed To have someone like that working for me

Went to the Bay for a weekend get away…..amazing place to visit BTW! Wanted a light dinner and something cool because it was HOT ??! Smoothie King was the answer. I had a make your own concoction, essentially Greek yogurt chocolate mixture…..it was very good. My friend got the Bee Sting Bowl and loved it. This place is drive through only but neat, clean and conveniently located. A great place for a cool meal or snack in a wonderful city. Visit soon!
Parking: This is a drive through but there is plenty of space for parking around the facility

I clearly ordered a 32oz Smoothie. After applying my discounted $2 reward. The attendant chose to change the size of my smoothie to the price I was discounted and gave me a 20oz. If I did not have somewhere to be, I would have made another circle around there drive through. How disappointing, when I was looking forward to WHAT I WANTED!!!!

This place is horrible. Kayla was so rude and unwelcoming. Whole experience was a disappointment. When I went to drive a way I was given an eye roll with my “goodbye f u” wave.

You can’t sit in the store. It’s drive thru only. The service was nice on intercom but rude at the window. Didn’t respond about asking about military discount. They said they can make any drink sugar free but the drink we got definitely tasted sugar heavy. The peanut butter power smoothie was also not blended well. We called to say there were dates or something not blended well- they said ya it probably was the dates and they just appologized and didn’t offer anyway to fix it.Edit** Kaila the manager reached out and made us better blended smoothies and offered a gift card too! Amazing resolution! Thanks!! She definitely smooottthhheddd it over.

They usually make good smoothies but I don’t really know what happened today... our smoothies were very soupy and seeemed watered down. My sons was almost all water. This happened on nov 28th 12:59 pm I think I will choose a different location from now on.

This SK has gone downhill. The smoothies are inconsistent, the same smoothie will literally taste different every time so it's very obvious they're not following the recipe or measuring correctly. The customer service isn't particularly terrible but it's not very friendly. I wasn't told my total the entire transaction, they don't tell anyone about the survey or ask about the app, not even a polite greeting.

I've been going here nearly every morning to get my smoothy. Today totally I was totally disappointed. Drive up to window to get my smoothy, so girls is was dishes, she shakes her hands in the air, then wipe her hands all over her clothes, which where filthy. I'm mean seriously filthy. I ask are you going to was and dry your hands? They were still wet and she wanted my card. I asked, who's making my smoothy? She said I did. Done! I feel latterly sick in my stomach. Drove way no smoothy.
Never had a bad smoothie here till tonight ! I've been eating the same banana boat for years and I know how they taste, whatever I had tonight was terrible I didn't even drink half of it before throwing away. ?

I probably drive these poor ladies crazy. Every time I go, I ask them to recommend a smoothie and they, without fail, suggest something delicious. They're charming and friendly and the quality is always great. I've not been to other Smoothie Kings but I recommend this one.
