Tripletails Restaurant

I wanted to give this place a five star but I just couldn't do it and it's Management's fault. We came for jeepin the coast and visited early on Thursday night. After waiting for our server who was very busy but precious, we were then told half the items we wanted on the menu weren't available because of the event. This poor server had to go to each table and tell them each repeatedly what all they could NOT order instead of management having a special menu printed for people to know. I choose my restaurants based on their menu and we chose this restaurant specifically for certain items on the menu only to be told once we got in and got seated that we couldn't order what we wanted. Had we not already ordered drinks and waited quite a bit we would have moved on. Once again, this is on management and this is a major event that they should have been prepared for. Next time we will probably choose a different location if this isn't addressed.

We went for drinks and to listen to the live music! Great bartender! The third floor was packed out!

Lunch. Fried shrimp was pretty good, but
Fries had odd flavor, like oil was not good, or old. Also oil probably not hot enough, as fries were greasy. Not much flavor. The grilled redfish had an odd flavor, or not much seasoning, also super thin and not much on one half of the sandwich. Won't do anything fried here. Maybe other things are good.
Outside on balcony was nice with shade and breeze.

Phenomenal Fried Ribs and shrimp.
Service was great, definitely going back.... tomorrow!

The folks here are wonderful they treat you like part of their family and the bar tenders Rita Ashley and Dillon are probably the best bar tenders in town I highly recommend this place for food and entertainment you'll have a blast

Great atmosphere and the food was pretty good. My wife said the drinks were good as well.

Love the bartender there. She's a sweetheart. I think he name was Sophie. Going to be coming back for sure.

The royal reds were amazing!!! Staff were super attentive and friendly. They are pet friendly and treated my pup like it was one of their own!!

Food was GREAT (( we had fried baby back ribs, corn on the cob, and the baby ref potatoes )) , atmosphere was good , but the drinks was small [ 12oz. Solo cup ] had to wait a long time to get a refill. the women who served us really wanted to sit and talk to her friend[s] that was there. And the bad thing was we was the only ones at the time eating actually we was the only ones on the 2nd floor besides the employees for a long time. BUT BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS GREAT WE WILL GO BACK!!

Great place to eat. Perfect atmosphere. Take the whole family for lunch, adult outings in the evening. Good food, great drinks, and awesome live music!

Nice place close to the beach with a lot of indoor and outdoor space to have a fun time with friends. Food is ok , nothing special but not bad.

My band(Clifton Brown and the Rusty Bucket) played there. We ate before playing and the food was great. The manager took out time and talked to us and made us feel welcomed.

Sat there for 30 minutes at a table and not one person came over to say we will be with you in a few or what can I get for you.

I can't say anything good about this place other than it has an awesome view. The service was slow, we had to keep asking for refills, order was wrong, and they weren't even that busy. It was very disappointing due to how highly they were recommended.
Not a place we will visit on our next trip. ☹️
