For whatever reason, this Wendy's seems to have a problem with overcooking food. Did someone mess with the timers? Burgers and chicken sandos both just... rubbery, over crisp. Meh.

If I had wanted a Burnt and overcooked Hamburger I would have ordered one. We asked for mustard, Mayo, Onion and pickle! Not what I got! Reminds me of why we haven’t been to Wendy’s in over 5 years! I took pictures but no way to post them!

Dude workers, care more about their drive thru time than their customers. I was in line long enough to pay before being told to move forward. There were no other cars behind me. Not to mention that was the first thing that was said to me when I got to the window. DO BETTER! I worked here in 2018 and it’s obviously been taken over by new management because we were NOT allowed to not greet customers, or rush them out of the drive thru.

The food was good. The service was fine, but a group of off duty employees were kind of obnoxious, and the floors and tables were filthy. I've eaten at this location before and didn't have these issues, so hopefully, it's just a one time occurance.

Multiple times I have ordered the bacon double stack biggie bag and not once so far has my sandwich had bacon. It is to the point that I don’t want to eat here anymore. It’s the first sandwich on the biggie bag menu and they can never get it right.

Wow and Wow today I had the best Wendy's spicy chix sand. It was size of bun, thick,spicy, perfection Best ever in 30 years of going to Wendys eating the Chix everytime. Great Job! Hope it is now the new routine bc I m in! Hamburger we as overcooked though.

Great food, but the service was a 2 out of 10. Very inexperienced teenagers working at fast food restaurants is a recipe for this, though. Overall, not too shabby.

This place has been completely revamped within the last year. Food is always great, and the drive-thru no is way more efficient than it used to be (i.e. spending jam hour in line because they were short staffed.
P.S: their ghost pepper ranch sauce is goated if you like a little extra kick to your meals.

Ordered a biggie meal with a baked potato. Order didn’t come with the nuggets or utensils for potato. This is the second time this has happened with my delivery. Not good. Won’t order again. Oh and no straw.

I wanted to make a good review for this Wendy's because I often go here for my lunch break, I work at Ochsner down the road, and food and service is always amazing. Today especially I had had a rough day and the grilled chicken wrap and chili healed my soul. they're usually busy but always nice and efficient. Love them <3
