Where to start .. we ordered 2 sweet teas with our food but they said they were out of tea .. I got one of those bag thingys, my sauce for my nugges, i put on my online order, so I shouldn't have had to ask for it when it wasn't in the bag. On my burger, I put no mustard and no ketchup, add mayo .. I got ketchup, no mayo. My boyfriends chili was cold and didn't get a spoon .. come on now , fast food isn't that hard , I did it for many years.

We stood first in line for 20 full minutes to get our order taken. Workers ignored us. We asked to have our order taken and the kid said “my screen is full” and walked away. DoorDash is more important than physical customers. Waste of time.

Food never all hot . Always one item like ice while the one you waited on for 30 min is scalding hot usually the fries hot and burger cold with hard bread ! Nasty environment and workers stood around talking and rubbing on each other inappropriately as customers waited in line. Not just the younger generation of employees but the managers present as well. Completely unacceptable

The employees at the windows lack customer service and basic kindness. They don't smile and don't speak. They literally hand you the food and close the window. Not a word, not a smile and no eye contact. Sometimes they actually look mad or sick. At least my order is rarely wrong.

On August 9th 2025. This location had a customer appreciation day. However, it's becoming very obvious...that's not true. The sign on the door. States lobby hours are, 6 am - 10 pm. Yet, even with several staff on duty. The shift manager opens the lobby. When she feels like opening it. Clearly, her main focus is on the drive thru only. So why advertise lobby hours. When you're not going to open. Also, why claim your store appreciates customers. When you clearly are selective . In what customers you serve

It's a shame I am sayn this about this Wendy's cause I rlly like it and have good experience here. Tonight I did not they had attitude but that nor here or their . They got my order wrong and also can't count my 4 nuggets had only 2 half a fry and pretty much tossed my food at me I almost dropped it . Come on Wendy's get it to gether y'all can do better I know cause I miss it please fix problem and learn to count nuggets.

As far as fast food goes, Wendy's does the most in terms of healthier choices. My family appreciates that, so when mom and dad are too tired to cook, we are happy to let the fine folks at Wendy's make dinner for us.

After waiting for nearly 40 minutes for our food with only 4 cars in the drive through the staff member failed to inform us about the frosty machine apparently being broken (probably lying about it) and when asked about the frosty and why she couldn’t warn us ahead of time she blatantly said, “I had ten cars in the drive through and I wasn’t worried about it.” Wendy’s needs to fire the whole crew and start over fresh with people who appreciate having a job.

Today I went through the drive-through and I bought a double baconator a single baconator and nuggets and fries. Everything was right except the single baconator. It had onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. That is not a baconator. Every time I go through the drive through they always get the order wrong. These people that take the order just don't listen to what you tell them.
