Got a few chicken blts tonight and the bottom bun was molded. Unfortunately I had already ate an entire sandwich before I realized so I pray I don’t get sick from it. Absolutely disgusting and how do you not see it when you’re making a sandwich???

I know its Wendy's so the bar is low but I just spent 10 minutes standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while half a dozen employees hang out in the back. I was LITERALLY THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. I didn't have time to wait for them to finish up their conversation. The topic at hand was an employee came in that wasn't scheduled to be there today, apparently this needed a discussion.

Got home with the wrong hamburgers. About 10 of value on a 30 order. The manager fixed it, but said it had to be same day and I had to make a 20 minute trip back... I like Dave's double, but this is the second time I have arrived home and the order was wrong. The burgers look similar in the wrapper, but they are way different.

The hamburgers and french fries used to be real tasty. Maybe they still are and maybe my taste buds have changed but the only thing I go to Wendy’s for nowadays is a chocolate frosty cause you can get a medium for less than $10.

Went to Wendy’s for a meal, after driving 400+ miles from Atlanta (tourist). Should have trusted my gut when I saw that Wendy’s was empty, and all neighbouring take-outs around were full…….. Soda fountain tasted like pesticide, the chicken in the wrap tasted awful (I didn’t bother eating more than a few bites), entire restaurant was sticky and dirty. Completely gross meal & experience. Wendy’s is definitely on my never again list.

Out of town stop for quick Frosty and fries. Employees complained about no help. 2 walked out. They locked the doors while I was still waiting for my order.

Needs to hire employees that are old enough to be able to do the job. This is a restaurant, not a high school hang out to give your friends free food. There are corners that can be cut, but hiring lazy young thugs is not the way to go about it.
