Came through the drive through today. The only words that were spoken to us the entire time were, pull up to the end of the building. Food was not ready, had to wait several minutes. The customer service at this location is consistently awful. They never speak at the window, say thank you, etc. so rude and unprofessional. It’s sad because the food is good most of the time, but it’s expensive and you’d get better customer service from at a vending machine.

Once again, my order with yall from DoorDash was completely wrong. It's, as if, yall see a DD ticket and just decide to throw whatever leftover food you have lying around in a bag. READ THE TICKETS! IT IS YOUR JOB! Oh, and if someone orders drinks, please send straws. It's not that difficult.

Wish there was a negative star they would have gotten 5 negative stars. 1st order 3 of the two for 3. They give me three sandwiches and a fry. I ask why I did not get my other fries manger rudely answers that not what you order..ok what ever. Sitting there waiting on the food a worker who was not on the clock walks in and starts serving food so he could get his order. No had washing. The manger was wrapping sandwiches with no gloves on. The guy making the kept touching his face when making the food. I requested my money back and I did not want the food she said she could not do that. As I am asking her a mother worker that looked and smelled dirty came in from out side put gloves on and started working no washing hands nothing. I told manger I did not want the food and I was call the health department as I have work in food service for a decades and would never let people get a way with that.
