Drive thru needs to double check bags vs. receipts. Combos should come with what’s included. Customers shouldn’t have to check behind the employee, or get home and find out I’ve been charged for something I don’t receive. One star for today.

The food here is great around the night time and in the middle of morning. But during the night I notice some of the employees refuse to do right by the available manager on duty. The manager is sweet understanding and willing to work with customers but as I said the employees really bring the athmosphere downhill with the way they talk to him and around customers.

Ordered a spicy chicken wrap, was so excited to try Hardee’s for the first time. Unfortunately I bit into the wrap and there was a thumbtack in my food!! I called the restaurant and they offered to make me a new one… they told me “I don’t know how that happened, claimed to not have tacks in the store”. I was not asking for another wrap just wanted to warn them incase it happens to anyone else. I am totally unpleased by there response and will be emailing headquarters about this problem.

Spent $50 on three combos to get home and find 2 different hairs in our fries and one in our burger. Utterly disgusting.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries yesterday in the drive thru. They either pre-cook food items which apparently sit unsold for hours, or they decided to give me old food. The meat was cold and overcooked. The bun was abused and the extra tomato, lettuce and onions I paid for was PITIFUL. I went back inside to show them and they were embarrassed, blaming the new hire. Instead of recooking my order, they brought me a tomato and some onions to place on the sandwiches. SMH. Freaking insane!!
You normally get fresh, delicious food from Hardee's, but not here. Sad to say, because I love Bay Springs, but I will NEVER return to this establishment ever. I'll eat peanutbutter and jelly before I spend another dime here.
The staff isn't paid well enough to care and they told me so themselves.
