Husband ordered gravy biscuits and the gravy was an off white color and tasted bad, took it back to counter and they said the manager was not there and didn’t offer to get him anything else.

We didn't eat inside, so I didn't rate atmosphere. We were headed to the coast, so we ate in the vehicle. Wards was really busy, so it took a while to get our food. But, we were hungry, and Wards is comfort food. The Big Ones are warm, and messy; the fries are so soft. All in all, a good visit.

The mushroom burger was nasty. The meat was hard around the edges and not freshly cooked. The milk shake was so thin until you could drink it instead of getting the joy of a thick shake. The food was not good at all.

When I normally go my food be good and hot today I went my chili cheese dogs was cold, the chilli and the Wiener. The bread was hard on one side I asked for a medium root beer to drink I didn’t get a full cup she claims because of fizz let’s not forget about the cold fries. The whole order was awful!!!!

Ordered a big one but received little one. Wasn't an issue till I got home and looked at the burger and saw that they didn't even put a pattie on the bread

My mother and I went towards in Bay Springs Mississippi for breakfast the coffee was cold the food was cold and I had to make about five trips just to get one cup of hot coffee and then the only reason I got hot coffee was because I asked the waitress for hot coffee I told her all these warming pots are cold and she checked and sure enough she verified what I had told her she was an excellent waitress I have no complaints on her but hunny they need some help when it comes to serving food the food would have probably been good if it would have been hot. Needless to say we don't have a desire to go back. And my mother and I love Wards but this one wasn't good at all.
Dietary restrictions: Need sugar-free jelly and syrup not everyone is privileged enough to eat real sugar they are diabetics in this world and this statement needs to go to corporate I love warts but it's frustrating going there and there's no sugar-free creamer there's no sugar-free syrup it's awful to go out to eat and then you can't enjoy the things you love because the restaurant doesn't accommodate for diabetics are people with health problems
