One of the best subways I’ve gone to in regards to the customer service experience! There is a wonderful lady named Shani, her service was exceptional and she has such a sweet personality! I travel often from Texas to Alabama for work but I’ll definitely stop by more often just for her Southern Hospitality an a great sandwich!?

I made an order online they gave me the option pick up delivery and I picked delivery. I thought it was exciting that we now had delivery in our local area. The first time I had ever seen it online as well. so I ordered
1 FL churro
1 FL monster sub
1 FL chicken salad
Placed my order at 6:38 PM
Waited waited waited
at 7:38 PM I received a call from a employee at Subway asking me was I coming to pick up my sandwiches? I arrived between 7:50PM- 8:00 PM.
my order total was $35.06
so DoorDash buy Subway charged me
$2.99 for delivery fee
$2.73 service fee
$4.56. I left DoorDash Dasher tip. Total order being $35.06
When I arrived to pick up my order, the manager was standing outside by the front door in front of a car smoking I went in and picked up my order that had obviously been sitting there for an hour or more. The employee was as helpful as she could be With the situation being charged by DoorDash by subway. The manager didn’t take interest in the situation. Very obviously it ignored me going into the store and leaving . I’m sure your security cameras will show everything time sandwiches were made. I have all records posted here. .I would like to speak to somebody from corporate office in reference to this transaction. You please call me about the atmosphere,professionalism, and thank the sandwich creator who served me and done the best she could job well done. You stepped up and that’s what it takes.

Also I went back online to look at the information on the order and at the bottom it said canceled, but yeah, the charge was taken out of my account and SUBWAY® should look into who is representing DoorDash at your location? I called them. It’s individuals and they get paid like monthly from their deliveries that I was charged. However no door dasher in this area. I want a refund please.

I just ordered online and my son picked it up. I don't know who's working, but if you're not going to fix it right, please find another job. I ordered a tuna sub as usual. It's not toasted at all, the tuna and cheese is piled in the middle, the tuna itself isn't made right, the sauce was put on half of one half and this is a footlong. It's just thrown together. I never had a problem so it has to be new person/people working. I'm not the type to complain and definitely not the type to write a review, but it's ridiculous the way the sub is thrown together.

Didn't actually get to eat here. We had 2 orders. After the 25 ish year old black female made the first sandwich she walked aaay with no word on the 2nd one she pulled meat out for. The20ish year old long blonde hair female came to make the 1st sandwich with veggies and as i stated I would like a THIN RIBBON OF MAYO. She coated it all zig zagging thick. I paused and said, "can u please remove some of that" and she closed the bread. I then asked her to remake it and she stated i would have to pay for her mistake . I looked at her and said nevemind she starting rambling something about other customers that were the reason she couldn't do something, we left. The other female never returned.

Horrible customer service. I go to different subways every day for lunch (I travel). Always get double chicken with the second scoop on the side. No issues. Here they charged me for an entire second sandwich. I asked about it and the manager said that’s how it is and walked away while I was talking. The other worker threw a piece of bread in my bag when I asked for the chicken to be made into a sandwich since I was paying for it.

This subway is great when they have bread. Staff is nice and pleasant. Was told to call before ordering to see if they have everything in stock. I guess if you go without calling ahead beware you may be disappointed.
