Bear creek festival it is a good event .
Belmont is a beautiful city.I have traveled through it several times and always marveled at the hometown vibe the city gave. However, the law enforcement needs help. An accident on hwy 25 and no officer was conducting traffic, in fact, the car was parked in a drive and no where near the road, leaving one to assume they were at the place the car was actually parked.
