this sonic has gone down so much. order screens not working and orders take forever to arrive. the food well i will not comment. slushes are great

Arrived at 9:30 sat there for several minutes with button pushed in one stall. No answer. Moved to another and pushed the button no answer either and at 9:58 all lights and menus were turned off. Customer service sucks completely will be calling corporate in the morning.

Ordered 2 drinks and a kids wacky pack hotdog. Never received any of them after sitting in parking lot 40 minutes and rang the red button twice. Very dissatisfied with this restaurant

I have eaten here so many times I can't count and they still have the worst service. Four out of five times, they WILL get your order wrong. Especially if you use the app to order. Always double check your food because they are notorious for making you pay full price for OLD FOOD! Don't eat here unless it's a last resort.

Wish I could give negative a million stars!!! Worst Sonic location in the United States! Stay away! Even if you are starving or want to feed a starving dog! This location consists of high school kids that goof off and could care less about your order or service. Over 45 minutes to get our food that I had to call and ask about! I watched a girl carry our order out to several different vehicles. When we finally got our $50 order it was cold, greasy, melted shakes. The bag was wet. So sickening. It was not a busy night either. No excuses for this. All the crew should be fired! Every person I have spoken with says the same thing- this location is horrible and avoid at all costs! Waste of time and money! Our family will never go back here and I’ll be blogging on every site possible to share.

Will not go back to this location. The burgers were so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Not the first time that we received cold food but will be the last. Burger patties seemed as if they had been sitting out ... not even under a warmer so it appeared. YUCK

this is a absolutely terrible experience. my food took longer then ever to get to my table. then it sucked it had a weave hair. i am completely and totally disappointed. not to mention they don’t even do refills how stupid is that. this is completely and totally unacceptable.
My husband and I have ordered the exact same thing every time we go to sonic. However we only go to the Booneville location as as for now on that’s the only one we will go to after our experience at this location in Belmont. Everything about our order was a disaster! Everything was cold and not right!!
