For breakfast, the menu features white gravy-smothered biscuits, perfectly cooked eggs, and good old homemade grits, toast, and sausages. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The food was out of this world good, and the green beans were just like mama made. Locals were polite, and the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. The soft serve ice cream was a great compliment. This family owned restaurant offers a multitude of choices. The catfish filet with baked potato and coleslaw was some of the best catfish ever had, and the coleslaw was excellent. The double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions was a "greasy spoon" delight. This place had a dinner buffet that was pretty epic, with great choices for proteins and delicious sides.
