Pulled in, no one would answer the stalls. We proceeded to pull into the drive thru. No answer. Even at the window we were met with no response. This isn't the first time this happened. I hope yall find new management and upgrade. Won't be coming back again. I read several other reviews with similar experiences.

We went for lunch and it took 15 minutes to get our food and then my co workers was cold. My Boss asked for napkins 4 times and never received them . No one ever came and apologized.

Looks a bit run down.Pulled in to a stall barely could hear person talk if that was even coming from our speaker or another one,tried to order no response.Pulled out to go to Drive thru lane No one answered no hello,no wait nothing we even said Hello? Left and went somewhere else.Didn't bother to stop at any of the other locations on our vacations.Major let down
Just got my food and had a $100 bill and they said they didnt have change and then requested the food back or my phone to make sure i come back after i done put my hands all over food !! Worst management ever !

Every time I come to this particular establishment, they never have anything. The customer service is good but outside of that they have only a select few items on the menu. Maybe they need new management.

Bumpers in Belzoni, MS I don't know if the management changed or if the franchise was sold to someone but the service is very poor. Location seems to be deteriorating. It use to be packed now it looks more deserted. Speakers...Some work and a lot of them don't. Drive thru a mess. Ice cream machine has been broken for almost 4 months now. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because maybe if the workers had what they needed it would a better operation. Workers will let you order at the speaker and because it's too cold to come outside then tell you to pull to the drive thru. After you ordered and sat there for 15-20 mins. Why not just post signs that say order at the drive-thru. Not to mention i sat waiting from 3:25 until 4:12pm for my food. And it came out wrong. Sodas were flat. The coke was basically liquid brown sugar with no carbonation. My level of patience is outstanding today. Owner invest in your business. You're losing money, losing customers and giving bad experiences. Ruleville and Yazoo locations stay on point may need to take a page or two from them on how they are doing such great business.
