Thanks you for a wonderful late lunch yesterday! My family and I stopped here on the way to our long drive to Tampa yesterday. It was really good. Highly recommend, it does look like a small town local diner. It’s not fancy at all so don’t let the looks turn you away. The service was friendly the food was incredible. Highly recommend. 👏👏🙌
This place was a wonderful place to eat. I wanted to find some home-made catfish, because I found out Belzoni is known for their catfish. The lady there took the time out of her day to make some fresh fried catfish. It was delicious. ❤️❤️❤️ I recommend everyone that goes through Belzoni to stop at this place for some good eating.
I have eaten here several times in recent years. Less often since my Stepfathers' death in 2019 and the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic, plus my own hospitalization in September 2020. There is usually a Soul Food Buffet on hand, offering barbecued rib tips, which is pretty good, though I typically get a cheeseburger and french fries with a drink. Service is good, prices are fair, it all tastes good. I'll be returning, once my car is operational again.
