The restaurant itself was in decent shape. Employees seemed as though they could care less about the customers. The wait to be even be acknowledged was pretty long, and once the customers (I witnessed similar interactions with other customers) were addressed, it seemed like an inconvenience to have to talk to us. Our fries were stale and nuggets were missing, so I had to turn around and return to the store. The interaction was not very friendly and the fries we received were still not fresh. (At least the nuggets were hot and crispy) After we left a second time we realized that my husband's burger was also cold. Our drinks tasted as though theybwere fixed yesterday and placed in the refrigerator (cold, but almost no ice and flat.)

This restaurant does not seem to be a part of the McDonalds franchise. Total absolute disorder, disservice, and all to my disbelief. We ordered at the kiosk. I had four children with me. After waiting so long, I asked for a manager Who had the same nonchalant attitude as the reps hiding behind the counter. I asked what was taking so long, she yelled something and disappeared to the rear; she gave no apologies nor did she say sorry for your wait. It took 40 minutes to get food. I had quite the quandary I could not leave the restaurant without the food that my kids had their heart set on. I cannot figure out WHY THIS RESTAURANT STILL IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE AS IT SO SUBPAR! IN THIS WORLD WHERE THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR IS SUPREME ESPECIALLY IN A CAPITALIST SOCIETY SUCH AS OUR this DISABLE VETERAN would like to believe that what happened to me this is NOT STANDARD POLICY. But if it is- - -SHAME ON YOU McDonalds! ?

Stopped for breakfast around 6:15 and let’s just say it will probably be the last. The service was terrible, the quality was definitely below average even for McDonald’s and I ordered an ice coffee and no ice was in said ice coffee.

I've been to some baaaad McDonald's in my time.But this is by far the worst of the worst they always mess up the order then they get mad at u just cause u came threw the door they customer service sucks they have bad attitudes and when u do get your food it's cold. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up and go on to the next one! I hate I had to give it 1 star!

We stopped by during a quick road trip. They took forever to prepare our order. We expected molten hot food, but it was cold as hail. Boooooooo!
Stopped for gas and a bite to eat while driving through town. Everything up to par to the other 1 star reviews. The floor was filthy, smells like a port-a-potty and so hot inside. No one at the counter to greet you or help and of course the only way to order is through the touchscreen. While we waited for our food we used the restroom in the attached gas station. It was incredibly dirty and only a hand dryer with a bathroom door you have to pull to exit. How the heck do you exit a disgustingly dirty bathroom?! The food took 14 minutes to be ready. The employee put our food down and walked away so thank goodness we didn’t need anything else. While we waited for our food we watched nonstop cars go through the drive thru so I would expect hot food…NOPE! Cold fries, nuggets that clearly were left out all morning because 2 were so hard they were inedible, unmelted cheese on my cheeseburger because it was barely warm and like other reviews both sodas were flat. More food ended up in the trash than our bellies so such a waste of money. Not that I expected much from a McDonald’s anyway.

Just a joke like most McDs….20 minute wait with a child of one of the employees running and screaming in the very tiny dinning area. I would have canceled but I could not get anyone to come to the front.
