The food is good ?, But the service suffers, it's terrible, I waited 6 minutes because the employee didn't know what he was doing and neither did the guest in front of me. So it wasn't quick and I just left because I didn't know how long it was going to take them to figure it out. I don't think that they care about the service, only about getting the food out cause it's a small store and a strictly to go style business, so they kinda can get away with it in that aspect. But I always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and they have always been great.

The quality of mini dogs and lemonade are always great and fresh here at this location. The newer manager has turned this location around.

If I could give a lower score I would. The girl behind counter telling me I can only get large nuggets then tells me I can't get new ones cause the ones there were old so I said I would wait then she tells me it will take 15 minutes to make them I worked at auntie Anne's it takes max 5 mins for them to cook they were being lazy n manager in back letting this happen sad won't never go to this one again

They never have any unsalted pretzels when i asks for any.. and then they will tell me i will half wait until they fix them!!!! Now what kind of service is that????? ? ? ?

Pretty bummed, came here during lunch today to have a "cheat" day (and eat carbs). My pretzel was dry, stale and chewy :( The lady behind the counter was super nice, but if that food isn't good, kinda kills the whole experience for me. *sigh*
