Got all the way out to my car they forgot to put my then they were out of pretzel so I had to get the pretzel pieces and they were hard not too happy

Came here hoping for the older flavors of pretzels. The Sour Cream and Onion and the Garlic. These have since been discontinued and they were out of cream cheese and soft drinks. Drove an hour which sucks but hey it is what it is. Not impressed anymore, huge letdown.

I love these guys. They're always happy to see me and friendly. I come in a lot because I work in the mall and they're always extremely sweet. The food always seems decently fresh and the vibes are immaculate.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options without meat
Parking: Large parking lots
Kid-friendliness: Kids are at the mall all the time, pretty good
Wheelchair accessibility: You can just go right uot to the counter, no stairs, friendly staff
Everything was fine except all the staff is teenagers and several of their friends hang out around their counter. They did move over so that we could order. They don't give receipts at this location so no way to claim rewards.

I'd expect people preparing FOOD AND DRINKS to be wearing masks during a pandemic. Was going to make an order but entire staff had no masks OR GLOVES handling anything.
