Everything was fine except all the staff is teenagers and several of their friends hang out around their counter. They did move over so that we could order. They don't give receipts at this location so no way to claim rewards.

This is the best Auntie Anne's I've ever seen in the 16 states I've traveled to. The workers were so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond our wildest dreams, deeply satisfied our cravings, and sent us on a one way trip to Flavortown! Amazing experience!

I'd expect people preparing FOOD AND DRINKS to be wearing masks during a pandemic. Was going to make an order but entire staff had no masks OR GLOVES handling anything.

my pretzel burnt i had to drown it in sweet cream to cover the burnt taste ....still ate it tho

I got me a mini pretzel dogs, honey mustard dipping sauce and tried the mango lemonade frozen drink. I think things are a little over price but the food is good and the service is too. I wanted an icee but machine didnt had it ready yet so i was like well i never tried the frozen lemonade so what flavors do ya have. He yold me all the flavors(i cant remember them, sorry) but i was wow by the selections. Told worker wow, all sounds good but I'll try the mango and he gave me a taste cup for it first. I love it! And got me a small mango lemonade frozen drink. Now the mini pretzel dogs seems quite greasy but i understand why. Other than that, my snacks and drink was satisfying.

Cant give a zero star rating, it's a bunch of kids running the joint, which would be fine if they were trained and had someone there in charge but they don't, charged me wrong for my order and asked if they could make a fresh pretzel and I would just wait and i was told no, that they dont make pretzels to order and just to choose what they had sitting under the heat lamp, very unprofessional and very ill-trained staff.
