I have ordered twice online and thought the first was a fluke, but on the Uber Eats/Instacart there is an option for HOT coffee, just plain brewed hot coffee and cold coffee. I chose the hot coffee with nothing else, there was really no other option, but I received a plastic cup of what seemed like iced creamer with a touch of coffee. The second time I made sure I hit hot coffee and received the same iced drink.
When I called the lady I spoke with told me that she just poured what she thought I ordered and that I didn't choose the hot coffee. I called to advise since it is up to the restaurant to work with the online delivery systems to figure it out but she just told me I ordered wrong basically so I won't be ordering here anymore.

Good doughnuts. Like someone else mentioned the chocolate coating has a funny taste. It isn't just this place but a number of doughnut shops I have tried in the area. Get the apple fritters.

Ordered online (my first time trying Biloxi Donuts). The donuts looked great but had a strange smell. I got a variety (sprinkled, chocolate covered with cream filled and maple). The donuts themselves were soft like they were fresh but the taste of the donuts and taste of the chocolate was terrible. The taste reminded me of the way nail salons smell. After a few bites the strange chemical smell/flavor was too much to bare. They were absolutely disgusting. I would never try this place again.
They are so nice, the couple there. Their portions are bigger, they always give a few extra donut bites, and their kolaches are top notch.
