I brought my husband here for a late birthday breakfast and it was amazing. Our waitress Mrs. Gaynell was wonderful and was surprised to find out I have a cousin with her name and we were living in Bay St. Louis around the same time. The food was excellent. My husband got the chopped beef omelette with a huge bowl of grits. He said they were perfect. I got the fried chicken with the sausage gravy. It was so good. She kept our coffee coming and gave us to go cups for coffee on the way out. We will definitely be back for lunch he loves breakfast and burgers so I think we found his spot. Highly recommend this place. It feels like grandmas house 🤩

Super nice staff, and fast service. I got the 18 inch burger burger with a side of gravy and it was fantastic.

9-28-2024 Stopped in for lunch to try the hype about the burgers here. I had the burger on French bread with the secret sauce and fries. I really enjoyed the sauce. The meat was so thin I really couldn't taste it over the sauce. A very nice touch of the bread toasted and smashed. Very nice crispy, spicy fries

Wonderful, friendly service in a fun atmosphere. Bonus - quirky bike racks out front.

This was damn good burger. They've been making them like this for over 75 years, so I expected nothing less. Was there something that made this burger stand out as the best... Best meat? Best toppings? Best bun? No. Would I ever say no to this burger? I don't think so. It's somewhere between a simple, tried and true burger, and something really unique.... It's kind of on a plane of its own. It has everything you want from a standard cheeseburger - good meat from a flat top, melted American cheese, mustard, ketchup, onion..... But it also has a meaty, peppery, garlicy gravy that.... It's there, it makes this burger..... But it's not like a crazy distracting topping. It doesn't try to steal the show. It just makes this a really good burger. Also, the toasted fresh French bread.... Fantastic detour from a normal bun.

That said, the burger was only the 2nd best part of the meal. The. Onion. Rings. Hands down, best onion rings I've ever had. And a giant portion for the same price you'd pay at a popular Wisconsin fast food restaurant that I hold dear and say I like their onion rings.... Until I had these. They have the perfect batter. Think of the best fried chicken batter you can imagine. On giant chunks of onion. These are off the charts good.

Homey little house made into a restaurant with old Biloxi recipes for hamburger poboy (onion gravy). Had the blue cheese burger last time and may have been the best burger I ever had. Would definitely get that again. Also have different lunch specials weekdays

Great little cafe in downtown Biloxi right by the public safety building. Great selection of local favorites on the menu and delectable homemade pies.

We stopped in from one of our many trips from Louisiana, they were so busy but accommodated our large crew. The staff was great, the food was amazing, cabbage casserole was the best!! We will return!

This place was awesome and so rich with history! A hole un the wall place with burgers, daily specials, amd homemade desserts. I had the hangover burger with sweet potatoe fries and it did not disappoint in any way! Will definitely go back if in the area.

This place has a lot of history, as seen by the photos and articles on the wall. The place was packed with locals. The burger was mediocre, as were the fries. Perhaps the specials and breakfast were better. Staff was friendly, but service was slow. Old school and dated decor. Sorry to say I would go to a fast food joint for a burger before this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but the rooms are a bit crowded.
