They left me sitting in drive through for over 20 minutes while others were served around me. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 jalapeño bites, I witnessed all of the employees playing on three phones and cutting up with each other instead of doing anything else. When I finally got upset and went in they talked crap to me and took back their freebie pie offering because I said it wasn't right to keep people waiting 20 min for fast food. Don't eat here when the night crew is on as you will likely never even get your food and you will get a bad attitude from all of them .

Love this BK!! People working there are always friendly. It’s always “yes ma’am, can I offer you anything else?” I never have to wait in line long, and the food is always fresh and hot for me! I’ve been there during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even for desserts, and my experience has always been good!!

Fast service, friendly people. I wish all locations were as good as this one. However, on 11/29/25 around 4:25pm the young man behind the counter needs a belt or clothes that fit him. No one wants to see your underwear while they're ordering food and about to eat.

It's burger King. Fast food. However 8/10 times coming here I'm always told to pull arround the corner and wait (probably due to the Window timer) And it takes time. This spot is more like medium speed food. Usually they mess something up on your order or miss a sauce if I ever order more than two meals.

I have been visiting this Burger King for quite some time, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been extremely disappointing. The restaurant never seems to be able to retain staff, which results in disorganized and unprofessional service. The employees frequently appear disinterested in their work, often prioritizing personal phone calls over assisting customers or preparing food. The lack of attention, courtesy, and basic customer service standards makes every visit frustrating.
This location operates with little regard for customer satisfaction or efficiency, and it has consistently proven to be the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The only reason I continue to return is due to its proximity, not because of the quality or service.

It sucks when the manager Robert step in your face and put his hands on you like hes going to man handle you and I work there but I might get fired but eoll back the tapes to see if I'm lying and by law I had the right to defend myself and I'm not trying to hear after he put his hands on me that's assault..right lawyers,roll the camera back ,I'm not your child or slave because they had my fries in a bag on metal counter waiting on my chicken patty to get done 5 or 10mins I don't know how long it cook i was counting or watching a clock at that moment but i sat and waited finally i got my bag and told the sandwich maker but they did nothing and let me walk out with cold hard fries like go warm them up at home true story
