Walk in to Burger King to eat @ 7:00 pm and was told it was drive through only. Why is it always drive through only at this Burger King in Biloxi. Then when you go through the drive through you are rushed to place the order and get out of the line so their timer doesn't get behind. Please answer this question

The Red Haired Manger is the rudest manager I seen, very rude and obnoxious to her staff and customers. She will confront you for any reason she doesn't like. Not worth it. I feel sorry for the employee's dealing with her 2 stars

Food is below par and customer service is atrocious.
I was given burgers with nothing but meat and a bun. Called and the Hispanic girl went off on me. Look you are speaking English, do it right. Told me I should get a job. As what a burger flipper? Called the manager later to much the same. Now to the owners. They should close this store and fire everyone. That way they could create a store with good employees and service to par with my neighborhood.

The old black manager lady thats working on 08/17/2025 night shift was very rude i order pick up from app all the time from this location and tonight its this old black manager lady had me sitting at the window for a while and told me to tell someone the name which I did in the drive thru if she hate her job that much then she need to quit she too old anyway and very mean!
