This Burger King ALWAYS leaves things out of delivery orders. I’m not exaggerating - I mean ALWAYS. And they refuse to refund you for those items. All they will do is give you a coupon for AROUND the amount of the missing items. And their app won’t let you choose a different restaurant to order from. I’m disabled, and on the rare occasion I can afford a treat, I’ve ordered delivery because I’ve always liked BK’s food. But no more. I don’t do business with businesses that have lousy customer service, and BK just made that list for me.

This burger king cares about their food the few times I've been to it. Food was hot!
Woman taking my order had an attitude. Tried to rush me to finish my order, gave me a total when i wasnt done, and kept that attitude. I paid at the first window, they said my reciept was at the second window??????? Woman who took my order was at the second window. She snapped at me when I asked for my water, then hounded me for a reciept. When i said they didnt give me one, she caught even more of an attitude. So i sped off. Eff my water right???? I also didnt get the pie i paid for either. So thanks. :)

I arrive at 11:40PM (20 minutes until close) on Sunday June 9th. The lady greets me with “Go abroad with your order”. Two seconds elapse before she repeats herself the exact same way. I say, “Can I get a second please?” She says, “No, because we are closing.” And starts rattling off what she has available. Extremely rude, but not sure what I expected from a fast food place on Pass Road. If you go to Canes 20 minutes before close, you can still expect great service… This lady here, whom I assume was the manager on duty at the time, hates her life. West Biloxi has gone downhill.
