One of the employees yelled at us from across the food court to not walk on the floor because she had just mopped it. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I didn't even bother ordering and won't try to again.

Inside the base and in the exchange. This time their frier was down. Yet the guys were professional and nice.

Always enjoy my Chicken Philly .

I ordered a regular chicken Philly with no pickles lettuce or tomato. It came with it and the cook grabbed a fresh roll and wiped off all the veggies and half the meat . You will never see me back . 27 dollars and this

Had the WORST EXPERIENCE today & many many other countless Occasions at Charleys cheesesteaks today in Biloxi - Keesler. STORE # 00613 EMPLOYEE/ CASHIER "ASHLEY" HAS THE RUDEST ATTITUDE! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! AT THIS POINT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION- INFACT AVOID THIS PLACE ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS- BEWARE!!!!!!!

Meat is so low quality and oily, and the buns so thin and flimsy that I couldn't even pick it up because it was instantly saturated with grease. The whole thing just fell apart. And the meat just tastes bad. The small cup of buffalo sauce I asked for on the side would have helped cover that up... but that was $0.65 extra. Told me I'd have to go through the line again to pay for it. Would be nice if that was listed or mentioned anywhere.Not even willing to give these guys another chance. Just another place to add to the growing list of places I used to like, but will never go again.Way way way too expensive for the quality you get. Even if the same sandwich was offered to me free, I'd refuse. Absolutely shameful.

THIS IS ON A MILITARY BASE SO IF YOU'RE NOT IN THE MILITARY DO NOT GO-YOU CAN'T GET IN!We were in the area and this place sounded good. Once we got there we were turned around?

How do you mess up the order of the only person in line? Also, I expect cheese and bacon to be part of the cheese and bacon fries, but apparently that's asking too much. $11 for everything to be wrong on my order.

Workers were more concerned with joking and talking to eachother than moving with any kind of urgency to help the growing line of customers. Lady working front counter seemed very checked out, sad because I loved the Charlies back home
