My kids went in to get three milkshakes and a chicken sandwich. Immediately they were given the sandwich and 15 minutes later given the milkshakes that were now melted. She had to ask for them and they were made and just sitting on the counter. It’s literally frustrating.

Never heard of a fast food outlet that had no hot water. Coffee was ordered and we wanted it with a little hot water to make it light . No hot water. No milk. Only creamers and vanilla whitner. Poor quality In this day and age . Come on!!!

This Chick fil a is in Edgewater mall and was a great find compared to other choices in food court. Very good chicken sandwich on pretzel bun and it comes with bacon. Service was fast and friendly.

I ordered a kids meal nuggets and when I got home I realized I was given 1 nugget and the rarest were crumbs. I called and was told to return the food for a replacement. I brought the food back and asked for the manager (Jackie). She was rude and acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. She was only going to replace the nuggets and I guess I was supposed to keep the cold fries. I had to ask for fresh fries. Poor customer service . Jackie is rude
