the steak hibachi dinner was horrible , i never complain but the steak tasted and felt like a sponge so I called to ask what kind of steak it was and he said sorry everybody has their own taste and at that point I just hung up because I was just asking horrible customer service from the chef would not recommend eating here
I have had many great experiences here with customer service and food quality, BUT tonight I ordered something different and the quality was absolutely horrible for the price I paid. This was not just a case of preference, the food was made poorly, the manager himself told me it was not made properly. 14$ for a large crawfish fried rice that was very dry and tasted like dirt, and I still wasn’t terribly upset. Great food with a mixture of my favorite “ chicken n broccoli “. We have traveled the world and after moving to the gulf coast six months ago we finally got our favorite food- Chinese food. Great service and got it within 7-8 minutes pipping hot. Want great food—drive here-we did.
