we tried to go for breakfast since they claim to offer it at 7am. The only place to order the food was the bar. the menu was sitting on top. my 5 year old started to stand on the bar stool to see the menu, and we were automatically told he couldn't sit there. He was not sitting. Very rude way to greet guests. I am not dumb. my child was not going to sit there. If it was such a big deal for him to order at the bar, maybe you should offer breakfast ordering somewhere else. Due to the rudeness and tone, we will not be staying at the hotel again.

We went for NYE dinner— I felt really rushed— the food was super rich loaded down with sauce fish on top of risotto covered in cream sauce no vegetables to break it up— was way too rich but the restaurant is lovely

Cora's has a limited Christmas Eve dinner selection but the food is excellent. We were able to have a great dinner with very little background noise

We went for the Thanksgiving Buffett. It was $60 w/tax a person. It was not hot. Most of the food tasted like it was from a box. The ham was so salty you couldn’t eat it. We were so disappointed as we were expecting much better for the price. I will never go back there again.

My family of 5 had Thanksgiving dinner here this morning and it was awful. They did not seat any tables that had reservations at the assigned times. Everyone was standing awkwardly in the lobby, wondering why we were not being seated. The meats were at one side of the room, and the sides at the other. You go stand in line for 20 minutes for 1, go back and put your plate down, then go stand in line for another 20 minutes at the other station to return to cold food. Service was horrible. We couldn't get our drinks, and had to flag down other servers for assistance. Our table all drank juice and cold drinks and were charged for refills. I have never heard of this in a restaurant. We also has to wait about 45 minutes in between the time we asked for our bill, we're able to pay and leave. My sister-in-law and myself have both been nauseated since we ate here this morning. Just terrible

Very disappointed in the Thanksgiving buffet! Most of the side dishes were not even warm. There was not even a whole turkey at the carving station…just rolls of turkey, ham and pork. And what was offered as pumpkin pie was an embarrassment. Also had a problem with our drink order. For what they charge they really should offer a more quality assortment of food!

Had Thanksgiving Brunch at Cora’s at the White House today. Food was mediocre and the service was horrid. Paid $50 per person and only saw our ‘waiter’ once to bring our initial beverages. He never returned to take away dirty plates or refill our beverages. Had to find a manager to pay as he never returned with our check. Now on to the food - many of the buffet items were barely warm to start and the carving station was separate and at the opposite end of the dining room. When we finally got to the carver he was out of turkey and ham and had to go back to the kitchen to get more - leaving a long line of hungry guests just waiting. Needless to say by the time we returned to our table with our meats, the barely warm sides from the buffet were cold! Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing. Won't go again to eat, too pricey for the boring traditional options.

I really wanted to like this Thanksgiving buffet, but it was pretty underwhelming, especially for what they're charging. Let's start with the basics: we couldn't even get a drink menu when we sat down. Had to ask twice! And then our server (sweet person, really) kept forgetting our drink orders. When I got tea that was basically sugar water and asked for a new one, they charged me for both - not cool. The food? Well, it felt like I was eating at a grocery store hot bar, not a restaurant. Also, they stuck the meat carving station in a separate room from all the sides. Makes zero sense. The server was nice enough, but seemed totally lost and couldn't answer basic questions about the food. You could tell they weren't given proper training or support. The bottom line: if you're going to charge restaurant prices, maybe serve restaurant-quality food and train your staff? Just a thought.

Very disappointed. The food was overcooked, selection limited, didn't even have dinner rolls. For fifty dollars a person they could have done a much better job. Not up to Coras standards. Will not be returning anytime soon.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving meal with our Airman. The fried turkey, ham and pork loin were amazing. All the sides were delicious. Deviled eggs, creamy mashed potatoes, salad, best Brussels sprouts ever, stuffing, sweet potato soufflé, Mac and cheese, just all amazing! Couldn't have been better, the cocktails were great too. Beautiful setting. The hotel itself is the huge and the prettiest I've seen!

We visited several times for dinner and was NEVER disappointed. The Grilled Gulf Fish with the Crystal Sauce and the Gulf Crab Cake was delicious. The desserts were also a real treat especially the Bread Putting my favorite.
The Service was Great, Food was exquisite and the Atmosphere made for a great evening of dining with friends. There was 6 of us and ALL ENTREES WERE EXCELLENT. Try the Tennesse Sunset and the Blushing Mimosa
We will be back.
