Filets came..one was good the other was burnt. We sent it back. Took over 25 minutes to get a replacement filet. We had never seen filets shaped like this, very odd shaped. They are usually round, but these were oblong and narrow. I slow ate my decently cooked filet, but finished mine before my partner received his replacement. You would have thought the manager would have come to apologize, but never saw the manager! Had to ask for our Mac and cheese to be warmed because it had cold spots. Came back slightly warmer, but definitely not hot. Evident by the waitress bare flat palming the dish when she redelivered it to our table. They graciously gave us credit for the replacement filet but no sort of discount or apology for the burnt filet. I've been here several times and it's also been good, but not this time. The second filet wasn't good, under seasoned and oddly shaped. We packaged it up to bring home to the dog. We paid our bill in full, tipped 20% & left. To never return!!!! No wonder the place wasn't packed during one of the busiest times of year. Total fail.
Our experience was amazing! Our server Brenden and he took fabulous care of us. Everything we ordered had great flavors even the kids food. Planning our next visit.
Brent was nice and courteous and the food was top tier due to my stomach ache (prior to attending the restaurant) I wasn't able to eat it all, but truly this was a very chill and enjoyable time for me and my wife.
Food was delicious, great wine selection, we felt welcome in our baseball attire, and pricing was very reasonable.
It was absolutely wonderful and very delicious! The blueberry lemonade drop martini is so amazing!
I’m very disappointed with our experience at Doe’s Eat Place tonight. There were four of us, and from the moment we walked in, it was uncomfortably hot inside. They had a fan blowing on an empty booth, but still chose to seat us in one without it. We asked to move, and thankfully they let us, and the fan made a big difference—at least for a short time. About 10 minutes later, another waitress took the fan into the “private” room. When we asked our waitress about it, she said she would get it back for us. But when our food arrived and I asked again, another waitress came to our table and told us the people in the private room had paid for it, so they got the fan. Absolutely unfair. The apology we received didn’t feel sincere at all. We’ve eaten here before and always enjoyed the food and service, but this visit was completely different. The service was poor, and the food just wasn’t up to the quality we’ve come to expect. It’s clear that since Lou, the former manager, left, things have gone downhill. We won’t be spending our hard-earned money here again. Honestly, I’ve had better service at Waffle House.
I have been eating at this restaurant for several years, first when I was traveling for business and now for pleasure. Doe's has never disappointed. Every person I have ever brought here has left awed by the delicious food and atmosphere. Last night was just as delicious and satisfying as before if not more so. Our server, Brendon, was incredible, anticipating our every need and balancing friendliness with quiet service. The filet mignon was, as always, enough to make one almost weep with pleasure. Both steaks were seared perfectly, the sides were top-notch and everyone on the restaurant team treated us like royalty. After the first bite my dinner partner looked up and said, "We will definitely be coming back here." That's the best review I can give - we will be coming back again and again. Thank you, Brendon, and thank you, Doe's staff!
Food was not consistent atmosphere no employees wanted to be there. Every employee had an attitude and they would not deal with any complaints.
Food was very good and service from Lily was excellent. It was odd though that the pricey steaks included NOTHING but the meat not even bread Sides were good but high priced
I had expected us to be going to a high-end restaurant and although the food may read as such, the atmosphere itself is a Texas roadhouse atmosphere. Having said that, other than having to get up and get our silverware myself, tee was attentive - although never acknowledged the birthday nor did we make it a point to point that out! French fries were outstanding steaks were good fried okra was good baked potato was good and can't remember what else we had but it was all good! I would go back, but it would be with my eyes wide open.

It was my granddaughter's 10th birthday and she loves fine dining. I knew this was a nice restaurant and fairly expensive so we gave it a try. The food was good but nothing spectacular. I didn't expect anyone to sing Happy Birthday but a free dessert for her would have been a nice touch, especially since I spent almost $300.
Filet was cooked to perfection -and pricing was on point. A little improvement on wine region selections would go a long way.
The food is delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfect. The drinks are refreshing. We had reservations so the seating was prompt. Our server was great and attentive.
Great service food was outstanding. I felt like the tamales were a little overpriced. They were great and that they all cart menu added to the cost.
incredible! Usually tell people this is the BEST PLACE to get a steak! Eaten there many times with only one under-par experience.
