All things considered, this place was reasonably priced! Got out of there with appetizers, entrees, 2 sides, 2 kids meals, drinks and wine (generous pours) for $50/head after tax and tip. Food was good. Chili was really good. Tamales were a little too mealy. We got the filet, which was a nice size - a generous six ounces. Asked for medium rare and it came out cool and purple in the middle but they got it right on the second try without over doing it. It was tender but needed more...
Porterhouse was Fred Flinstone size. We were late they were still happy to seat us. Half the price of Ruths Chris. Great place for first date. Not to assuming, salad and sides didnt break the bank either. Stuffed to max both of us 5 drinks total 2 salads, 2 sides, split giant porterhouse. Dessert $160 out door with 20% tip. Thing I dont like is me being charged to run a debit card or amex. Thats the cost everyone of us in business pays.
Service was great. Steaks were cooked perfectly. We had bread pudding for dessert which was so good! Even our bill was lower than I expected it to be for a steakhouse. If I had to criticize anything, the meatballs were a little dry and my daughter wasn't impressed with her kids steak but ate it regardless. We had a great time and would go again.
