They have a HARD time making the correct order . I spent time explaining to them EXACTLY what I wanted and even repeated trying to give benefit of doubt they STILL got it wrong… not sure if it’s due to the staff being so young but they truly need better customer service and, time management , and better accuracy w orders. It’s ridiculous

Went through drive thru asked for 4 dozen of assorted donuts. Just for them to give us 3 dozen glazed and a dozen of them assorted but looked absolutely terrible.

Terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

We arrived at this location at 6:35 and as we walked up to the door, one of the employees walked up and locked it claiming that the lobby closed at 6:40. Not only was it not yet 6:40, that policy was not posted anywhere and the closing time was listed as 7pm. We drove 15 minutes to this location to get donuts for my grandmother only to have the door literally closed in our faces.

I ordered two boxes of hot chocolate through the app for a kids’ Christmas party. When I picked up the order, I was given coffee instead, even though the box was clearly labeled “hot chocolate.”

I brought the boxes back immediately, only to be told that they couldn’t actually make the hot chocolate that’s listed and sold on the app, despite already accepting payment for it. That was incredibly frustrating, especially given the purpose of the order.

I was then offered a refund, but the incorrect amount was refunded. When I called to have this fixed, I was told the franchise owner would contact me, which never happened. I followed up again and still received no response or resolution.

Between selling an item they can’t make, mislabeling the order, refunding the wrong amount, and failing to follow up, this experience showed a complete lack of organization and customer service. What should have been a simple order for a children’s event turned into an unnecessary hassle.

I expected much better.

Save your money and support local donut shops. This place lacks accountability and cleanliness. Just read the reviews, you will notice more than one review states the two things above plus many more. Needs new management, you can tell the younger kids run the lady who manages this store.

They have atleast 6 people working its not busy I ordered 1 coffee n 3 wakeup wraps which that is maybe a 4min wait im still waiting for 25mins there's 6 people there need to do alot better
