We got take out food from here a few months ago, and I’m just now writing this review for it. But it was honestly awful. Ugh I was so sad. I got the birria quesadilla and pineapple queso dip. The birria probably had less than 1/8 cup of meat for the quesadilla and it was sopping in grease and falling apart like in shreds. It was really weird. The queso dip looked like they just dumped random pieces of pineapple and tomato and ground beef without mixing it. They didn’t even include the consume with the birria 😭The chips were stale and they forgot to give us our salsa. I was actually SUPER disappointed because this used to be my favorite place to go with friends. I tried calling back but I never got a response from management. My family tried it again and said similar things. I really hope management reads this and gets their quality back under control because the potential for this place is so high. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

We were headed to our favorite restaurant and since it was closed we decided to head to El Rincon. We dine at mexican restaurants regularly but havnt been here in a couple of years.
First off between the loud music and people screaming to talk to each other it's extremely noisy and good thing it's not summertime cause AC seemed to be out and a little warm inside.
As others have mentioned their seemed to be a language barrier with servers and good possibility of messing up your order.
I really not sure about my partners meal but I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were possibly the worst I've ever experienced.
Chicken sliced thin and thrown on flat top without seasoning and ended up dry and simular to jerky only flavor was some char from burning. The small flour tortillas were semi hard and stale.
I have no clue why this place gets such high reviews cause I've had better $10 fajitas from the place down the road.
Only reason I scarfed them down was cause I hadn't eaten all day and was starving!
The term dry as dirt comes to mind. Epic failure on these chicken fajitas!

Horrible experience with family. I ordered steak fajitas and asked them to hold the gristle since they served that to me last time. After a long wait, the waitress brought out a sizzling plate of steak fajita. That was it - no tortillas, no topping plate, no other orders for the table. After 10+ minutes, she brought other meals to the table. My wife then asked if they could bring out the remainder of my meal. After another 6 minutes, she brought tortillas. Still no toppings plate, and I had just about finished eating the tough jerky steak they served me. After I finished eating the steak plate, my topping plate was delivered. No explanation, no sorry. I will never enter that dump of a restaurant again.

Loved the warm greeting just walking in the door. Ariel and April were quick on getting our food to us with a friendly smile and made us feel at home. Enjoyed eating were the postal and emergency workers eat. Food was delicious and hot. Large serving so plenty to share. Will definitely be back.

Tried to place an online order but it didn’t go through so we decided to dine in. Great decision! Margaritas were big and delicious. Salsa was excellent. Chips warm and salted just right. Had taco trio and was not disappointed. Wife has the chili relleno and they were amazing. Best Mexican food around.

Extremely poor service. Both times we have been to El Rincon the server/kitchen has messed up the order by bringing the incorrect dish. Not impressed either time. We won't be back.

One of our favorite spot when we are in the area. Well take that back we sometime drive from N Gulfport just to eat here lol. 😂 the food is always great and the margaritas are some of the best on the coast!
