My friends and I were really satisfied with the food selection, prices, and quality of ingredients at Fuji. Most remarkably, our server Eric was all-around wonderful. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and a great conversationalist.

It's some of the best sushi I've had in the US, to be frank. I ordered an unagi roll and a rainbow roll. They were delicious.
