We came to celebrate our Anniversary. The room wasn't cleaned well. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Pubic hair was in the bed and in the shower. The jetted tub wasn't cleaned. There were no trashbags in the garbage cans.. the floors were dirty but we made the best of it.. we want be staying there anymore.
It was a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom mat had a small yellow spot on it that looked like pee, and the glass doors had mold all around them. The balcony still had a cup of cigarette butts in it from I’m assuming a previous guest so it kinda made us feel like the room hadn’t been cleaned very well. All of the staff were super nice and very helpful with whatever we needed. The casino/food/pool areas are 10/10 but the rooms are very dated and...
One big draw back not all rooms have a refrigerator or microwave. The rooms that do have these items are by request and gold club members...However, all the restaurants within the Casino serve generous amount of foods. It's great too. It's kind of a draw back not to be able to save it for later. Even so very much enough my stay.
