Great American Cookies

The pecan cookie 🍪 and the turtle 🐢 cookie 🍪 are better than some men I've dated.

Cookies are always fresh! Employees are always so sweet! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

This is an amazing location. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer all questions with a great attitude and a friendly smile!

Super fast service. Called and had a cookie cake in 30 mins and 15 mins before closing! Friendly and very caring. I didn’t get treated like a wallet.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was so warm and welcoming when me and my nephew came in. He had been talking about the “cookies ladies.” For the rest of the mall day!

Whoever the older lady with white/very blonde hair and glasses is EXTREMELY rude. I got in line and waited like normal. When it was my turn for some reason she completely skipped me and helped the lady standing BEHIND me. Her co-worker looked at me and said “were y’all together?” I said “no, she was behind me in line” so she asked what she get for me. I gave her my order (just a drink) as I was waiting for the lady to pay who was originally behind me. Another lady walked up behind me. The lady that I ordered with walked up with my drink and the older lady with glasses who skipped me. Looked at the lady behind me and helped her. She purposely skipped me AGAIN. I work in customer service and have for almost 20 years. I had to walk away. There is absolutely no way I will give one dime to this location after the way she treated me. She seemed to be snappy with the co-worker as well who was trying to be helpful. She needs an attitude adjustment or work in the back where she isn’t interacting with customers. Her attitude is awful!

I needed a cookie cake for the same day, when the nice lady at the counter asked the lady who I assumed was the decorator, if she could do me one and the lady looked right me and said “ I just clocked out”. She was still counting money in the register which is weird if she’s off the clock. I could tell the lady at the counter felt uncomfortable when she had to tell me sorry, we have no decorator. I won’t go there again.

Guess my skin wasn't the right color to be served... I made eye contact with some girl with braids that was playing on her phone completely ignoring me until a customer came up several minutes after me that was the same color as her. And then she kept darting her eyes at me while she was taking the other customer's order. She knew what she did... Nobody deserves that kinda of treatment. Especially over a cookie. If I ever buy from Great American Cookie again, it won't be from this store.

I was on vacation a few months ago and this was the first time I stopped by one of these stores since the one in my local mall closed, and got an M&M cookie and it was great! The staff was also very friendly! Love Great American Cookies!!

The lady who did my son and daughters cake is amazing!!! I keep forgetting her name. But I think she’s the manager. She was so fast and is so talented. I was very hesitant about getting cakes from there but she is amazing!!! I will keep going back for every occasion I need a cake !!! If your thinking about getting one but nervous just do it !!! You won’t be disappointed at all!!! Thank you so so much !
