The cafe is located inside the casino/hotel. I didn't catch the name of the hostess, but she was very friendly and chatty. Our waitress, Alycia, was probably the best server we've ever had in our lives! Ask for her! The food was great too (a chicken sandwich and a cheese burger) but it was the staff, and the atmosphere that will have us going back. Vacated tables were immediately cleaned, the staff all worked together and really seemed to like eachother which helps the vibe of a place. I can't tell you how many times I've seen 1 person working while everyone else was on their phones. HR cafe has an excellent vibe that makes you feel welcome.

I'm currently staying at this hotel. And let me help you out just incase your thinking OF staying, DONT. UNLESS YOUR IDEA OF HOSPITALITY IS CHANGING YOUR OWN SHEETS, HAVING A FLOOR FULL OF LAUNDRY ( THAT'LL ONLY GET BIGGER EVERY DAY OF YOUR STAY, CUZ THEY DONT CLEAN UP). I repeat housekeeping does nothing until you leave. Guess that's why it's called the hard rock ( it's rock bottom). You're better off throwing in a few more dollars and staying at the BEAU RIVAGE (like im bout to). ITS NEXT DOOR, you can walk over to the hard rock and enjoy the casino and sugar factory. The best part about my stay at Rock Bottom was the front desk. Don't sleep here, Unless you like sleeping under a Rock.

The good was good but over priced for the portion sizes. My salmon was a little under cooked but the flavor was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the flatbread pepperoni pizza. The waiter was prompt, made suggestions, and attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: Take the elevator up to the casino floor and you can easily get to the cafe.
We are a family of seven and had a wonderful experience at this location. Not only was the food good, the service was outstanding.The restaurant is just outside the casino area, so the kids had no problem getting in. The selections were great!Parking: We have a big van that's 8.6 feet in height, so we can't park everywhere, but we could park here.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring for the kids and good selections and portions from the kid's menu.

Biloxi Hard Rock Cafe is a great place to eat for families, couples and singles. We went with our daughter and she loved it there. Amanda, our server, was amazing, really helpful and attentive.

Stopped by for drinks and appetizers after the journey concert (approx 1030pm) horrible table service even with limited dinners. Suggest different entertainment - we were all looking at each other like WTH eck? This is the Hard Rock & piped in music was better than entertainers.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and our server did a fantastic job! And some of the staff wished him a happy birthday. A few times, I think the owner was walking around and at one point had greeted us with a smile. We enjoyed our food, my boyfriend got a birthday ice cream paid by the house (which is exactly what he wanted!!), and we got a surprise performance at the end. There were even a few people dancing (including one of the staff?).This is a fun place for eveyone! And this was the best restaurant service I've had in forever!!! The food and sweet tea were amazing!! I honestly want to come back another time.
