I have been to this casino, many times. I’m the customer who bets no more than $100-$200 a time. But I’m a frequent visitor and I genuinely adore this casino. Today my experience was awful, I spoke to a manager called Angela regarding my machine, and she treated me disgustingly. I explained my conundrum, she belittled me, told me I should go to the roulette table and ask if I really believed I was correct, and she was the most senior person on duty when I asked to speak to someone else.
So you know what I did? I went to the roulette table and asked if my bet was okay to make, and they said ABSOLUTELY! So I explained the machines weren’t working and I’d lost out on a small, but reasonable amount of money. More than this, I was upset with Angela’s attitude. I would love to be spoken to by someone to resolve this issue, and I could change my review.

Wonderful mid-week Biloxi trip. Big rooms, Great pool, oyster bar restaurant and the vibe. The only negative was the smell of marijuana that permitted our ‘non-smoking’ room. Ask for a high floor away from the smoking floors.

Room had multiple broken doors and lights and such. Hall smelled of smoke most of the time. Reservation was wrong despite calling back and correcting it when the confirmation was sent. Front desk was not helpful until I got to a manager. Ac in room worked great however!

Checked in and they didn’t put us on the new side in the platinum side they put us on the Royal side and it smelled like smoke Even though these were non-smoking rooms, the hallway when you got on and off, the elevator was like horrible smoke filled when we entered the room. They had the bathroom fan running, and the perfume fragrance hit us horribly immediately the room was semi dingy really and the longer we were in there, the more cigarette smoke you could smell. The perfume smell was not dissipating. I have asthma and migraines and my lungs just kept getting tighter and tighter and I was using a rescue inhaler, but continuing to be in that environment was not helping there was absolutely no hot water in the sink no hot water in the shower so I went down to the front Desk and they said they could run an ozone machine, but I’d have to leave for at least an hour well feeling in the shape I was feeling I’m not going to feel like going and sitting in a smoke field environment downstairs or doing anything so they had one of the room they could move us to and when I asked if we could see it and see if it still had that high fragrance in there from whether it’s something they’re spraying in there to mask smells I don’t know, but it’s almost felt like it was coming out of the air vent like they stuck something down in the vent to make it just shoot perfume in the air so they said they’re not allowed to go upstairs with us and let us see the room. So the front desk supervisor, who is a man with glasses said he understood and if Expedia would call them you know maybe we could do a partial refund or something he just could not offer the partial refund due to the fact they weren’t the booking agent so Expedia told me to vacate due to my health and they would take care of the situation now they’re saying they don’t have a front desk supervisor who is a gentleman that there’s only one woman named Lena and Lena‘s refusing to help with this and work with Expedia so I will never stay with these people ever again. Lena wasn’t there. She doesn’t know the conversation in the situation. I am still suffering two days later with my asthma so thank you hard rock casino.

Hard Rock casino offered easy and close parking, and easy entry into our rooms. Bellhop brought our luggage to our room in a timely manner and checking in was simple. Room was clean but the bathroom could have benefited from a scrub around the corners and on the glass doors. Room had a great view overlooking the pool and bay water. My only complaint is a major one though... The quality of water Hard Rock is using is terrible. I first noticed it was VERY *soft* water when I went to wash my hands in the room. It felt like I could never get the soap rinsed from my hands when I washed them in the room. Then when we got dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe the water given to us tasted terrible but we were thirsty so we drank it anyway. I asked for a couple lemons to try to mask the taste of the terrible water. We ordered a couple martinis with our dinner and we could taste that the same water was used to make those. After dinner we headed to the casino area and ordered a couple more martinis from the waitress. The same water was used and it was definitely the worst martini I've ever had. We ended up switching to bottled beer so we wouldn't have to taste the terrible water. Luckily we had packed some water for our trip that we were able to drink and use to wash our hands. The shower took a long time to get warm, so much so that my business partner said she took a cold shower because she couldn't figure out how to get the hot water out. Not a GREAT experience but it wasn't bad either.
