Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

Rooms are outdated. Furniture looks like it was in a flood. They offer no valet service. Said they haven’t had valet service for 3 years probable since covid. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Tv service sucks told front desk 4 times before i.t came up to check it still no fix day2 tv still clutching and not all the channels water in shower leaves a slimy feeling

Was great atmosphere, very friendly staff very sweet and helpful, had a great experience would definitely recommend!! Will definitely be returning , so much fun

Great casino it's nice and offers new members who sign up $10 for Freeplay. The service and employees were very kind and helpful. I went late around 1am on a Sunday and it was really calm but still fun and had stuff going on.

So far hasn't been a pleasant experience. Booked this package 3 months ago. Called a day ahead to let the hotel know we would be checking in early in the morning, drove 10 hours straight to get here, dealt with rude staff and waited over 4 hours to finally get checked into a room but not the package we paid for. My sister's first ever vacation, for her honeymoon, and it has started out very rough due to this hotels incompetence.

Got here at 9, after driving 8hrs to have my honeymoon here. Called last night informing the desk we were coming in early. Here it is 1:15 and room is still not ready, my party has 2 housekeepers that work at the Fairfield Inn and suites. Service here sux and I would go somewhere else if I wouldn't have already paid a thousand dollars for the room. the front desk lady has a personality of a Rock. Very disappointed!!

Shawn, the manager at the Hard Rock Cafe and staff were top notch! Asked for our preference in music, and played it! Shawn and the staff are top notch! Love this place!! Rock On!!!

All in all it was great .. In my opinion they could have more servers for drinks it took 15 mins to get it and another 15 waiting I had fun 😊

Was a good time. Couch in room had stains holes & a bit dirty. Had a good time other then 3am server walking around was goofing off & couldn't get a drink to save my life.

Stayed one night during a road trip. The room was disappointing for basic needs: limited bedside outlet access, no late-night food options after restaurants closed, and the overall casino/hotel experience did not meet expectations. There is only one single outlet available on the bedside wall. There is minimal bathroom privacy. The lighting was too dim for me to comfortably see in the shower with the curtain closed. The location also felt less convenient for beach access than I expected. There is only an ocean wall here. We had to climb down 10 flights of stairs and back up due to a false fire alarm that they could not figure out. Staff checkout was straightforward, but I would not choose this hotel again. The extra ocean view you're paying for mostly captures the nasty tobacco tar pouring out of the rooftop vents. No microwaves in the rooms or common areas.

Well nothing better than hitting a big win to start off a birthday weekend! We had a great time! Can not wait to come back!

Great experience so far, comfy bed, clean room and great view!!

No rooms ready at 4:30 in the afternoon and could not tell us when one would be ready. Staff not helpful and blames housekeeping for the delay. Hardrock Biloxi needs to do better. Will not be staying here anymore.

Only stopped in to play a few dollars and hang out for a few with my sister. Casino floor and players club staff were kind. Best picture cause my kid loves Elvis.
