The rooms were alright. The room had a strange smell when i first entered, but it was clean, and my fridge didn't work i ordered some nachos and wings, hard rock gives you a large portions btw the wings and nachos was delicious but i couldn't finish them so i put it in the fridge to lay by the pool i came back 2 hrs later the food and soda was warm it felt like room temp. Dont expect to win any money. They beat me down to my socks. I paid $400 for the room and lost $600 on the slots in less than 30 minutes . I don't think anyone was winning the cash out machines were looking mighty empty. The hard rock casino is Seminole, Florida, which is 1000 times its bigger,better with more exhibits, and better shopping. It's like a mini Beverly Hills shopping district, and you actually win there with

If I could give a zero rating I would! We booked a room that was over 600.00 for our anniversary and this room did nothing but disappoint! The room was outdated, wood chipped, the seating area they advertised was one chair that was ripped. We booked this room for a view and our view was a side of the building. It advertised robes I had to ask for them they weren’t in the room and when we got them they were wrinkled and smelled old as if it was balled up and forgotten about. We didn’t have a comforter on the bed and I had to request for one. The shower doors had built up soap scum, it was some sort of droppings in the room. The wet bar they advertised was 4 rock cups and a wine bucket. The ice machine didn’t even work on our floor. The room was not cleaned well at all. On top of it all, they requested a 100.00 security deposit for this outdated room and the check out desk person said we may have to wait 30 days until we are refunded!

Very cool spot! Love that the pool overlooks the ocean! The Hard Rock Café was yummy! We spent a few hours here and it was not overly crowded which was nice!

Great vibe, great music, clean and fun probably my second favorite casino in the area

My happy place is in the pool area in the morning with my coffee, sitting on the wicker chair, with the breeze from the fan. Definitely not with those one-armed bandits upstairs 🤣

Great location, centrally located to downtown area. Convenient to public transportation and casino trolly. Easy walk to number of eateries, etc. Wonderful pool area, backs right up to gulf. Good selection of slots.

We love Hard Rock. We haven't stayed here but come to eat and play quite often. We love the restaurants plus the Dunkin. It's just a fun place to visit.

Visited the casino. Never lost so quickly. At least in Vegas, you have a chance here they just rob you.
