Worst experience of all time. Everything was dirty, no clean tables and most were empty. Waitress said they'd been like that since 2pm, it was 7:30pm when we arrived. Finally got to order our food an hour and a half later. Waited another hour for our food. It looked completely unedible, the cook looked like he hadn't bathe in days. We finally left after this. Will NEVER grace a IHOP Restaurant again. This happened at 2 different IHOPs one in Biloxi, MS and Gulfport, MS on the same night!!! The company needs a big overhaul because you've ruined this customers Thanksgiving 🦃, Thank you

846 pm on a Saturday and the worker tells us that they aren't taking any more customers for the night. Jayla was the worker there that was extremely rude about it as well. You have 4 tables of people eating and we were denied service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! To say this we waited 30 minutes to be seated. When we seated, she told us “I’m finna move yall because I’m going to forget about yall I need to see yall” UM OK. UR JOB AS A SERVER & YOU “forget” ok. We were moved and not granted any of our condiments. While eating our food the abusive cursing & loud belligerent comments made me question the atmosphere was very disappointed.
UPDATE: called the manager and was HUNG UP ON. Me and my partner arrived to the 24/7 iHOP right before or shortly after 11 pm. We were reluctantly told to sit wherever by an employee wearing a hat with the logo of a drug paraphernalia company. He said he had to go get his manager and when the manager arrived he came with two more employees to our table making us feel claustrophobic. The MANAGER said he didn’t have any servers and was unable to serve us. If we wanted to eat we were going to have to take it to go instead of dining in. It seems like they just wanted to get paid without having to actually do any work. Our Valentine’s Day breakfast for dinner were ruined by the apparent lack of management or just sheer inability to pick up a plate and walk it to a table.

HEALTH WARNING!!!!!! IHop in Biloxi needs to clean their ice maker and/or OJ dispenser. I did not get a straw so I took the lid off. Drank 95% of the OJ. The ice melted and when i went to finish it i just happened to look in the cup. The straw I stuck in had a jello slug on it when I lifted it out and the black stuff must be mold. How much I consumed of that I'm unsure but my stomach is unhappy.

I am taking the time to write this review in high hopes that it makes it to the Wright person in which these individuals can be recognized for their over the top service. I visited this location today at about 1:30pm. Andre introduced himself, catered to my anxious toddler and shook my husband's hand. Yasmine had a smile that lit up the room. I have been a server for 25 years now and trust me I know servers when I see them. She appeared to enjoy her job and that alone is like gold these days. She was young but very detail oriented I was impressed. I never expect unique service like this at Ihop, I go for the great pancakes so today was a double win for me!

We were just at Ihop biloxi, went in sat down, girl came out said, all by my self don't know where everyone went, my husband said to me guess we aren't getting waited on, as we were leaving there were 4 workers setting out back having a cigarette, that's a he'll of a way to run a business especially at 11:30 am, during lunch time.
