Really really good noodles! Good flavor, solid good cuts of meat in the bowls. Definitely 5 stars for noodle/pho. This place is generally by invite only from what i can tell. You need a ticket to eat here fyi. Gratituity isn't included so be sure to tip if your ticket is comped. Most people in line didn't.

A strange set up. No hours or menu. Just this little spot for some quick noodles if you get comped for it that day. Hours are no where to be found and sometimes there’s no one there. It was unclear when they they would get back. I asked an employee and she said, “yep sometimes they gotta leave to get noodles.” Poor mgmt.

I placed an order and it was incorrect and my food was cold!! How can you mess up on eggrolls when your Asian ? LOL

You can only order food if you are a certain card holder in the casino. We stayed at the casino and were unable to order food from this restaurant.

The employee on Sun Feb 19 was not a happy camper!! The promotions kiosk was providing free noodle bowls to gamblers. First time trying this quick serve restaurant and it will be my last. Definitely not my cup of tea!! Plus the tables in the dining area were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days.

As usual, the hotel was clean and enjoyable. We have never experienced a bad room at the IP. Some of the reviews I read seem to be from losing gamblers who are mad and want to get even. We visit a few times during the year and always enjoy the IP.

The casino was clean and well staffed. Restaurant 850 was amazing. The room, however, not so much. Veneer trim on table ripped off/broken. Drapes hanging off of hooks. A/C only worked on 70 or colder. No room service. The keys only worked the first time.. after that, , we had to stand and push key in and out quickly before it would engage. No valet. Maze of elevators was confusing. Got stuck on elevator #2 coming from parking garage. For the name and price, I expected so much more.

Not at all what we expected. No room service, no housekeeping, no one to take trash out. no valet, bell hop on demand only The room was fine. Were supposed to get 2 bottles of water daily in the frig. Never got any. It was really disappointing.Long walk to elevator to go to room especially for aged and handicapped as far as walking was concerned. Of course, càsino was COLD

Not sure what I was expecting, but this isn’t it. Currently one night in to our four night stay. The room is dirty, very musty, smelly, and I didn’t realize that smoking in casino resorts was still a thing (my fault for not checking that beforehand). I don’t recommend staying here if you’re smoke sensitive, or traveling with a child like we are. When we arrived to our room, I found that the bedding on one of the beds had a large wet area on it, that smelled. It was obvious that housekeeping simply made the bed from the previous guests instead of putting new sheets on. The wet area seemed to be some sort of bodily fluids.. from the smell of it. We travel a decent amount every year and I can say this is something I’ve never experienced before. We’re on a non smoking floor, but you definitely can’t tell. Several areas of the hotel seem to be understaffed. The rooms need a deep cleaning, air purification, and if anything else at least ensure that your guests have clean bedding. Also, not sure what’s up with only having flat sheets available for the mattress? No fitted sheets. Won’t be back.

Stayed here last week to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. Horrified to find dried dog fecies in our hotel room floor only then to be given a hard time by management when requesting credit for the two nights we had stayed in the room before discovery. Upon check-in my sister had opened her suitcase near the corner where it stayed open for two days. When she closed the lid she discovered the pieces of fecies, assumed to be dog p*** from the previous guests. I immediately reported it at the front desk and asked for the manager. The gentleman at the desk scheduled for us to be moved to a new room. I was contacted by the shift supervisor who told me they would only reimburse me for one night stay in the room but not both. I then spoke with a manager who told me the same thing. They acted like it was no big deal. I was horrified that the hotel did not take the situation more seriously. I questioned if the sheets were even changed. I could overlook the dust and the stained carpets but not p*** on the floor. The health concerns of having fecies rotting on the floor in a room is scary and the situation beyond disgusting. Clearly health safety is not a concern at this hotel and the rooms are not being disinfected. Not once did I see any cleaning staff with a vacuum either. After 20 mins on the phone with the manager she finally agreed to reimburse my two nights and nothing more. It took them three hours to get the new ready and they didn't send anyone up to remove the fecies. It was still sitting there 3 hours later when we moved into the new room.

Rude staff, Including casino , dining both sports bar, café and Infusion coffee bar. Response was we are short staffed. Wait time for food was 30-45 minutes to be seated and at least an hour after to get food. Spend the extra money and stay at the beau rivage! Game room was tiny about the size of a guest room. we where there for 4 days and never again. Have stayed at other casino hotels in Biloxi and this was the worse experience for a family trip. There where 12 of us 10 adults and two children 11, & 12

My friend and I stayed there over night. Purpose of the trip was to go to the spa. Really enjoyed it. Very relaxing. We are not gamblers so never walked into casino part. Very clean We had a quick muffin in the small cafe

Going June 23, 24, 25. Going to see Boz Skaggs June 24th, making a 2 week trip of the Biloxi, Gulfport area. Staying in most of the casino properties, also South Beach Hotel and Pass Christian Hotel, my reviews will follow. Can't wait to see the beautiful gulf coast.

If u need fast WiFi go to beau rivage. IP has no ability to get higher rate than 7. Lobby of beau gets 70+. Had to go there to do work while on vacation. IP also had loud a/c in room and only one poker table mid-day.
