It was top notch!!!! We lived everything!! Sushi was incredible service was exceptional. Could not have asked for more.

02-15-2026 - I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I initially tried to place a takeout order via phone and was told it had to placed at the restaurant. I went to restaurant and stood in line. The hostess ended up leaving to go talk and never addressed me once. She came back and looked right past me and helped someone else. A gentleman finally came from the back and took my order after about 10 minutes. After about 30 minutes I asked for an update on my order, every staff member, except one was unhelpful and dismissive. Speaking with the manager didn't improve the situation, as they were also unprofessional. I requested a refund and asked for my receipt. She took the receipt and disappeared for 20 minutes and had someone else to finally bring food out that was clearly not fresh. She suddenly reappeared and I asked where was my refund. With an attitude, she responded that someone had brought the food out (an hour and 15 minutes later). I never touched the bag of food and the service I received was unacceptable! I will not be returning.

We dined at Ji Pan Asian at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi twice during our New Year vacation, and both visits were excellent. The service was attentive and polished, the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was the perfect complement to the meal—warm, upscale, and ideal for a couple’s date night. Consistent quality from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Best Asian dining experience we’ve ever had.
JIA at Beau Rivage Biloxi was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our waitress, Jennifer, was phenomenal—great personality, excellent recommendations, and she handled multiple tables effortlessly while staying completely on top of ours. She truly made the experience memorable.
We started with the Atom Bomb roll on Jennifer’s recommendation, and the tuna was melt-in-your-mouth fresh—easily one of the best sushi rolls I’ve had.
For entrées, my girlfriend ordered the Teppanyaki filet mignon, cooked perfectly medium. The filet pieces were incredibly tender, and the rice and vegetables were packed with flavor.
I ordered the Dynamite Fresh Catch, and it featured the best-tasting blue crab I’ve ever had. When I asked Jennifer about the dish, she said, “This is my favorite dish on the entire menu—you won’t be disappointed,” and she was absolutely right. I honestly didn’t want the meal to end. The togarashi butter gave it a unique, unforgettable flavor, and the shiitake mushrooms and fresh vegetables were cooked perfectly.
Fantastic service, beautiful ambiance, and truly memorable food. We’ll absolutely be back.

Wow what an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting the casino and Jia and thanks to Tina and Hy for making this meal truly terrific. I will definitely be coming back because of the incredible service. Highly recommend this place and making a reservation reduces the wait time.

Came to Jia's for dinner and everything was fantastic. Great food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. The sushi rolls were fresh and tasty. The salmon was cooked perfectly and was seasoned well without overpowering the taste of the fish. Everything was amazing! I highly recommend everyone come try Jia's at the Beau Rivage if you have not already been here.

I hate to burst the good review bubble, but our visit was not what we expected. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was great, and that’s about it. We stayed at the Beau, there to see a comedian and celebrate my adult son’s birthday. We didn’t go to eat cheap. No one was in the mood for seafood; my husband and I ordered from their “Specialties,” Honey Chicken and Lo Mein. My son ordered the sticky pork. For appetizers we had the potstickers, wings, and my son ordered egg drop soup. The wings were good, the dumplings were fine, and he didn’t really care for the soup. Though the plating was nice, the honey chicken and lo mien were just okay, and the sticky pork was dry and chewy, with sauce barely coating it. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but everything was mediocre and unimpressive. Truly, we would have done better to find a Chinese sit-down restaurant. It’s sad because we were excited to try this place. I appreciate a good wait staff and ambiance, but that’s just not enough. I'm very confused about the great reviews.
