Everytime my wife orders sandwiches to be picked up, they are wrong!!!! The worker with the beard is unfriendly and he’s never made our sandwiches correct. Where’s the customer service like hello, thank you? You are not doing US a favor by making our sandwiches, we are doing you a favor by coming into your establishment! I worked in customer service my whole life and if I treated people like that I wouldn’t have had any customers. It’s unfortunate because we order a lot of food here and we’re unhappy about getting the sandwiches made wrong on our pickup orders!!! I would rather drive to JJ in Gulfport than have him make our sandwiches again!

They never asked you if you want to leave the bread in and not be dugout. The meat is always salty no matter what you get I always get the veggie sandwich.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday evening. I asked the nice cashier if I’d be able to add oil and vinegar to the sandwich like subway does. She politely said of course. My husband made a joke saying “if you think the amount will kill her, it’s not enough.” The sandwich artist drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar to the point it was all dripping wet. Sandwiches are good. Staff isn't. Wife went in and ordered sandwiches along with chips. After she had paid saw the 2 pm promo, upgrading to combos. Wife asked guy if she could upgrade to combos since it was after 2pm. He told her no since she didn't mention it when ordering. Real nice jerk! She said she could tell he hated his job anyway. BE AWARE AT THIS STORE IN BILOXI.

Their “the Vito” Italian sandwich is the BEST Italian sandwich I’ve ever had. The other Italian sandwiches are good but the balance on the Vito seems optimal. I will never eat firehouse nor subway ever again. Jimmy John’s is always clean and they have high quality ingredients—meat, vegetables. Nice good people working there, please support this business, thank you
