The Customer service needs to be better. The sign says they are open until 10pm but they start to push people out at 9:15pm. Also make sure the printout machine prints your receipt because the cashier was trying to charge us again. That could've went real bad but they found our order and was able to service us and make our order.. They do need some new attitudes.

We didn't realize it was all in Spanish but the staff did understand some English. Just pointed and made hand gestures for what we wanted. Ice cream was good and large portions.

The ice cream is delightful. Servers speak Spanish so sometimes they don't understand the order. The pineapple sorbet is fabulous! It is such a bright cheerful place!

My grandson ordered a milkshake for his Birthday and I just said make it two. I put my credit card in the machine and the Bill was $26.50 I ask the lady why so expensive and she couldn’t answer bc she spoke NO ENGLISH I couldn’t communicate with her. I have called the corporate office 4 times in the last two days with no reply. Terrible service from a company. This was my first time to this Ice Cream parlor and it will be my last.

One of the most unique ice cream shops I've ever been in! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, and super creamy ice cream. Never had avocado ice cream before and it was delicious. If you're in Biloxi you have to stop here.

Nice decorations and tasty flavors but if you don’t speak Spanish that’ll be a bad experience, hard time to communicate with the server and this is a tourist city so this should be an update for the business in the future.

Dazzling. The Oreo Crazy Shake was divine. It could feed four peopl. It’s like a chocolate, Oreo shake topped with a Oreo pop tart, an Oreo ice cream sandwich and of course an Oreo.
My husband and I have been waiting to try this place for a while. Our first experience wasn’t the best, we started out waiting in the drive thru which took forever. It did give us the time to decide that we should go look at a menu inside since it was our first time.
We went inside and their customer service was nonexistent. We waited for someone to approach us to order at the “order here” and then the “pay here” signs, never came. After waiting close to the register for a few minutes my husband noticed the health rating was a B. We gave the grace initially due to the wait but after the customer service, the feeling of being ignored, and then the health rating, we just decided to leave.
The only good thing is that the place is beautiful.

The things to consume are good but the girls who serve are terrible at what they do, you arrive at the place and they don't greet you, they don't have an order to serve, they keep you waiting for a long time and they see you but they don't even ask you what you want order, only two people speak little English and treat you horrible without wanting to serve you, they are only on their phones, above all my complaint is with a robust girl and a thin brunette not at all friendly, In addition to the fact that the place was dirty, the tables were full of crumbs and there were flies inside the place, the owners of the company should make an effort because they already have the letter B

While visiting Biloxi I stopped in for a paleta (popsicle) I was craving. Like other reviews mentioned, the customer service is terrible. We waited in line for quite some time. No one greeted us or said they would be with us soon. We could see two people playing around in the back, and it wasn’t until more costumers came in that they came to the front to help. My husband and kids were just standing there awkwardly waiting. I felt out of place, and I’m Mexican! When we finally placed our order and received our paletas I had serious sticker shock; over $16 for four paletas! While they were not the worst I’ve had, they were not the best, and I will not be going back.
