This place sucks the employees are lazy every single night they close early! I went tonight here it is 8:00pm they are closed when online it says they close at 10 why even have it online if you close at 8??!!

Absolutely wonderful! This place has great ice cream and frozen treats. Many - many options. The coconut ice cream is fantastic! Snickers, pistachio and chocolate truffle are also really good. Try one of the many frozen popsicles is fruit flavors and other options.

This is a fun little shop! Bright, fun and colorful. It's a little bit of a learning curve knowing how to order, but everything is really good! I love the fresca con crema (strawberries and cream). The strawberries are always so fresh and it's a huge portion! Enough to share. My daughter loves to get a malteada (like a milkshake). Stop in and give it a try!

Not very welcoming, i asked about an item and they can barely understand English and don’t want to understand. Overpriced and not too nice. Great if you speak spanish.
The pancakes are delicious, the service has changed for the better ! Wendy made sure to give a fast and pleased experience, definitely will be coming more often 10/10

The Customer service needs to be better. The sign says they are open until 10pm but they start to push people out at 9:15pm. Also make sure the printout machine prints your receipt because the cashier was trying to charge us again. That could've went real bad but they found our order and was able to service us and make our order.. They do need some new attitudes.

We didn't realize it was all in Spanish but the staff did understand some English. Just pointed and made hand gestures for what we wanted. Ice cream was good and large portions.

The ice cream is delightful. Servers speak Spanish so sometimes they don't understand the order. The pineapple sorbet is fabulous! It is such a bright cheerful place!
