I waited at least 30 minutes before walking in to find out where my pizza was, the manager walked around and checked everywhere. Then he said, it was still in the oven and be only a minute, more. Ten more minutes and he walks to a box that had been sitting there the whole time and hands off a cold pizza. No sorry, no discount, no extra anything and no offer to replace it.

The food was not fresh the pizza looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for about 3 to four hours so no I would not recommend this place.

This location is the best Little Ceasars I've ever been to. All the pizzas were fresh out of the oven. The staff were very friendly and the prices were decent! 10/10! Will recommend!

This place NEED to be closed, the so called manager Kevin T is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, evil being he DO NOT belong in the public, servicing HUMANITY!! I am not from here and my experience at this Little Caesar has been one of my WORSE experience! Over the last 4 years I can't believe the staff that these restaurants are hiring, these people just don't CARE or give a DAMM anymore about people!!! And I'm from North Carolina and over here working on a job assignment, I recommend no-one to this place!!!!

Yesterday afternoon I ordered 3 pizzas for my family using the Little Caesars app and it wasn't until I entered the drive thru of the Pops Ferry location and asked for my order did I realize I had accidentally ordered from your location on Pass Rd. I drove there to pick up my order. I had never been to this location myself so I was unaware that this location has a speaker box that I was expected to stop at. Honestly I didn't even see it. After having a long day at work, a grumpy 3 year old in tow, and having to drive 30 miles round trip out of my way to retrieve my order I just missed it somehow. I own that and it was definitely not intentional. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes with multiple employees seeing me and not acknowledging me through the very clear sliding window. Still I was patient yet confused. It wasn't until one of those employees opened the window with 1 pizza in hand and told me the total the 1 pizza he had in hand that I explained that wasn't my order and I had placed mine on the app. I was then told I should have stopped at the speaker but since I didn't I would have to either come in the store or drive back around to the speaker to ask for my order. I then explained I did not know they had a speaker box that I was suppose to stop at (because the other location I frequent doesn't have a box, you just drive straight up to the window) and could he please just let me get my pizzas now. He said no he had the order of the person behind me and he would have to go get my order. And again stated that I should have stopped at the speaker and I could either drive around or come in. Keep in mind I waited for around 5 minutes being ignored before he came to the window. I asked why didn't anyone just come to the window and let me know I needed to stop at the speaker. He then told me that no one could see me there. When at least 5-6 employees did look at me and saw me there. We looked at each other through the clear sliding window. At this point a truck had blocked the drive through getting ice I then asked two more times to please let me get my order since I was stuck in the drive thru. It was only then did he relent and turn directly to his left and retrieved the pizzas that were right beside him. The ones he said he would have to go get for me. Acting as if he would have to trek a mile up hill to get them when in reality the pizzas were right beside him the whole time. Not only did he hold me up holding my pizzas just to be spiteful and prove some kind of point. He held up the car behind me as well. I understand that I mistakenly didn't stop where I should have but it wasn't on purpose or malicious. I am human and it was accident. And I have never had a food service employee treat me this way. Surely informing me of the policy and what to do next time would have sufficed. I couldn't cancel my order or not get it because my 3 year old loves their pizza and it was his reward for being good at preschool. He would have cried the whole way home and then some. I just don't understand why this employee made it his mission to teach me a lesson or whatever his agenda was. I did remain calm and respectful throughout this entire interaction. I just don't understand why he had to be so mean. We don't know what other people are going through when we interact during a transaction but being kind and having a little patience goes a long away. I have tried multiple times to submit feedback online detailing my experience. Unfortunately, every time I go to submit it. It says oh, something went wrong, try again later. It's almost as if they have turned off the only way to file a complaint.

The guy I think his name is Kevin ( tall guy with dar hair) They must have gave him some position that went to his head because he is nasty as nasty can be. I pre order a pizza and when I got there he was yelling at the car in front of me so they drove off. When I pulled up to sag I have already ordered. He said wait a minute so I pulled around. He decided to let me sit there for 30 minutes acting as if he didn’t see me in the drive-through acting as if he didn’t see me blowing my horn so I said to him look, I’ve already ordered. I called the store I said is the drive-through open he said it’s open back up now. It was never close. He was just being rude. I said there’s no reason for me to sit at the window to order when I’ve already pre-ordered. The order window is for people who needs to order he said so you need to stop at it and tell me that you pre-ordered I said I did stop, but you were too busy being rude to the customer before me to even realize what I was saying.

7/29/23 @ 8:30pm. Was just at little Caesars on pass Rd by Kessler back gate and ordered 2 pizzas with my charge card. Then I remembered they had the pineapple Pepsi I paid for that with cash. The boy cashier call for change to his manager but my transaction was paid for and completed. So the female manager comes over as I grabbed my soda was walking out to give to my son she yelled you have to pay for that it's 2.49, I turned and said I paid already. Like she didn't hear me as I walked out the door she yelled again at me "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DRINK" I told her again I paid already ask him, she then turned and asked the cashier he told her I paid already. That's when I really got offended for her to assume I was stealing a damn can of soda. I let her know then that I don't steal. I let her know I was retired Army, retired DHS, DAV and collecting SS. I LET HER KNOW I DON'T STEAL again, and I resent the implication that I was trying to steal a freaking can of soda. I let her know all black folk don't steal but in that neighborhood I guess they think they do. Keep slinging pizza, cause that's all you got or can do and keep adding to my SS fund. Now this little Caesars sit in a predominantly black hood and no blacks work there. That's where that attitude comes from or they are just plain racist up in that store. Tell you what, won't be back ever again. Totally unprofessional.
