My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Magnolia Steakhouse. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the blackened salmon, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. We truly enjoyed our meal and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!
The restaurant was very inviting. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional. The price was comparable to other fine dining restaurants.
The food was delicious. My 14oz NY Strip and my wife's 6oz petit were cooked to perfection. The lobster Mac and cheese was better than some other top rated steakhouse. Our server Alan was very attentive and even made time for nice casual conversation. I will eat here again.
The food was great. Steaks cooked to perfection, and our waitress Andrea was fabulous. It was our anniversary and a card was on the table with all the server's signatures. Nice touch! They gave us a free dessert also. Highly recommend!
Excellent staff, very attentive. Ribeye steak good, but could have been better quality. All over good meal, not great.
This is the fancy restaurant at Harrahs Biloxi but a few staff completely botched our experience. Our waiter apologized for throwing out our complimentary buns... not sure why when we had the last reservation time. The food was great except for the lobster mac & cheese and the twice baked mashed potato baked in a dish and it won as the best side. We went back the next night for it to go and it was just a cold baked potato. The cook was right there when we brought it back and she said I don't have time for this and our waiter was overheard saying "this is ridiculous". Sorry for coming back for getting the side we loved? I don't think we should be and acting like that in front of customers is odd. In hindsight make a better excuse to customers when you throw out their complimentary bread. Telling us you threw it out when we had a reservation left us scratching our heads. This would have been a time when it was better to lie.
Amy was friendly and very accommodating. The scallops from the appetizer menu were delicious. There are 3 large scallops on a bed of orzo and could easily be an entree. The sea bass was cooked to perfection! My 15 year old daughter ordered the ribeye which melted in your mouth good! The lobster mac and cheese had shells in it that made it difficult to eat. Amy came to her rescue with amazing fries. The creme brulee came with beignets. This dessert was divine.
Amy, our waitress, was very good! Quite friendly. I observed other staff members not being particularly professional, Such as reaching across in front of one customer to serve food to another at the table. Hostess spent too much time at the reception desk speaking to other employees while we waited for her to finish her lengthy conversations. Our steaks and lobster mac & cheese were very tasty.
We have eaten at the Magnolia House many times and always had great experiences. Not so much this time. Drinks good. Ceasars salad and soup excellent. Main dinner- filets, baked potato, grilled asparagus- all cold. We contacted the manager. She brought them back to kitchen. Brought them back- still cold. We all ate the barely luke warm steaks which were actually very tender- just not hot. Butter would not melt on asparagus- cold to touch. Very disappointed.
Nice place. We ordered crab and Brie soup, Caesar salad, Chilean sea bass, blackened salmon with crab, and asparagus. All of it was delicious. Super large salmon portion .. estimate 8 Oz... and so rich, husband only ate half. I probably didn't need the soup cause the sea bass cut was so large, but the soup was my favorite.

Ther service was awful. The food was okay. We were not allowed to substitute anything and were not told about specials. The drinks came after our food was delivered. The waiter told us he did not know what to do about the bartender not mixing drinks. He said she was slow. It was poor at best and I am always trying to be fair. We stay at Harrah's, we are loyal to Caesar's properties and really would like a great restaurant. It was so poor I thought it was worth saying something.
Food and drinks exceptional. Along with the service. 1st time going and will definitely be back.
The lamb chops were delicious and Amy was an excellent server! A great experience overall.
A prior visit to this establishment a few years ago was very good. This time not so much. Our waiter seemed distracted. When we overheard the waitress at another table offering a bread basket, we asked her if we should have gotten one also. She said absolutely and went and got us some, hot from the kitchen. Our waiter never even acknowledged that was done. He also asked about removing plates when we were obviously still eating the food on them. It was odd. The food was good, but for the prices, I wouldn't even say that it was great.
Food is good. The service is TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. Stayed on property for 2 days went twice. The first time bad service and I thought ok maybe it was just the slim blonde lady Amanda first day or something. Went back second day same dern thing. She slow as a turtle and doesn’t multitask well. She may be slow. The customers all around at the bar was all talking amongst ourselves and thought the same thing. My gosh someone needs to do something about this. She may be better in another department. The restaurant is too cute for this type of service. They have a food inspection rating of an A but the service is an F for sure. We also saw her have several uncomfortable rolling neck and loud mouthing the customers. Geesh…She super nonchalant. Ceasars please change this. She screw up your mood. Help!
