The food was OK. I don’t understand how I ordered two of the meals for 1079 in my total come to 3304 and then they wanna shove do I want to tip in my face tip for what you took my order I think they pay you for that and then you want to get a potato and they wanna give you a single teeny tiny butter. I don’t know. I just don’t recommend it. I felt like I paid too much and it wasn’t very accommodating as far as condiments.

I have come here often, and enjoyed everything that I have tried and I've tried quite a bit. I think the McAlister's sandwich may be my favorite. I would suggest trying anything, you never know. You may enjoy it as much as I do.

Management was sitting next to us with new employees telling them ins and outs etc...bugged me a little but she was just doing her job. The food was so so. I've had better from there before so I was disappointed.

So my wife and I had a pleasant lunch experience here by myself had the Reuben, and it was exceptional. The meat was succulent. It was spread out through the sandwich very nicely as was the dressing or sauce if you will and the sauerkraut was fresh and crisp the bread was lightly toasted, which was very nice Pickle was crisp crunched didn’t smoosh which was rather nice. All in all it was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It wasn’t overly loud. It wasn’t cramped service at the counter was very good for us as well as other folks because the line kept moving at a pleasant right so I would say today was an overall success

The food was alright. The potato soup was rough the chunks were thick and not fully cooked through. The lobby was dirty but entirely empty, just seemed like there wasn't much mind tailored to the guest experience. It was alright.

I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap to go. Picked it up 10 minutes before closing. Drove 20 minutes home to discover the chicken Caesar wrap had dried out, old tasting chicken used in it. Yuck! I took one bite and spit it out immediately! There wasn't any Caesar dressing used in the making of the chicken Caesar wrap. I have purchased this wrap at the Meridian, Brandon (knew me by name and by my orders), Hattiesburg (both locations), and Ocean Springs McAlister Deli locations. So I'm very familiar with how this chicken wrap is to be made. Never have I had a bad one until the Biloxi location. I called the next morning to request a refund. I was told by the asst manager to come by at 3 pm and the manager would be there to issue my refund. So I was there at 3 pm... The manager never bothered to show up. The asst manager stated I wouldn't be receiving a refund. (Never mind what I was told before.) She insisted she could make me another one right after she told me they sourced their chicken from a different source than all the other locations I had visited. Why would I chance ordering anything from them after their rude and deceitful treatment? Remember they told me to come by at 3 pm to receive a refund from the manager. The asst manager even told me that the owner stated in order to receive a refund I would have had to return the sandwich the same day. How am I suppose to do that when I picked it up ten minutes before they closed the night before? And the owner stated he could care less if I left a bad review too. Well, let's see what corporate thinks... I'm old school and handle issues the old school way. Don't bother going to this particular location. They don't care or appreciate their customers. They should be shut down! Now corporate owned McAlister Delis will suffer because of this incompetent runned location. If you value your time, money, and well being do not visit this location. I will be contacting corporate to educate them on this particular location. And you should too... If you are a very dissatisfied customer. Show the owner of this location that customers won't put up with their rude treatment. By the way.... Because of this experience I discovered Quave Brothers Deli. One of the best delis I have experienced in the South and the food was great! Probably won't ever go back to a McAlisters Deli now that I have experienced Quave Brothers delicious food! And you should too.

The New Yorker is AMAZING and delicious!! I was sad to learn that they were out of the kickin crab chowder. Hopefully it'll be available next time. The Country Potato soup was good.
