I ordered on McAlister’s website for myself and my co-worker. We ordered delivery, so the website automatically sent it to DoorDash for delivery. When the food arrived we asked the dasher where the drink was. He advised there was no drink. I called McAlister’s and got Jessica, who rudely told me that there was nothing they could do and I have to contact door dash. However, I don’t have a door dash account as I made the order through McAlister’s website. I went on the door...

The service was friendly and atmosphere comfortable the food was mediocre. Small salads and was not as menu described. The nachos my daughter ordered were awful in presentation and taste. Chips were thick and stale and just dropped onto a plate with a bowl of cheese dip on the side. Berry lemonade was delish!
