Came through the drive thru on Thanksgiving day, visiting from out of state. The young lady in the drive-thru was SO sweet, efficient, and cheerful. The food was very fresh and hot. Fast service with a smile, even when they were working on a holiday.
We shared a perfect little picnic nearby on Biloxi beach and it held us over until our turkey dinner later n the evening.

I have ordered here many occasions and i try not too. My son loves happy meals so i try and make him happy. So any way this McDonald’s loves to let you pay for a full meal or a few and they will always short you. I ordered a burger meal, happy meal and 20 piece nugget today and they shorted on the large fry. I’m sick of it. It’s guaranteed 100% of the time the order is short. I have lost all faith in all McDonald’s but Eisenhower is by far the worst of them all. I hereby as of today never will spend a dime in any location and i hope this brings awareness that nobody else on the gulf coast does as well.

The worst McDonald’s on the coast. Went in to ask for sauce THAT I PAID for and immediately got attitude. Also idk who the manager is there , but they need to be fired Immediately. Horrible customer service.

Pretty good for mcdonald's definitely have had way worse.
I don't know what happened to this place since the last time I visited, but it is not the same. The Crispy chicken sandwich that I ordered was old. So I ask them to remake it. Either they took another old chicken patty and dropped it in the grease to reheat, or maybe the grease was just old. The sandwich was horrible. It was like chewing rubber. Also, They were a bit rude to the homeless guy that asked a simple question. I don't recommend unless you're just starving.
