This place sucksss, only ones here,
ordered ahead and still waiting on food
They are just average to me. I use to really love McDonald's. They just need to step up on their A game. The staff is not as freely as they use to be. The food is not always fresh and hot, but of course the prices are up. I hate thier order system when I go inside. Not user friendly at all. Their help is minimal!!

The store smells like sewage (like they may actually have a sewage issue) and there’s a very large speaker in the kitchen blaring explicit music. Not a great environment at all.

Everything you expect and more.
In Australia our burgers are thrown into the box from 3 feet away (AKA) the burgers are a mess in the box.
I've had Macca's in America at least 4 times and each time the burger has been hot and delicious and tidy in the box like it used to be in OZ. Congratulations America you make GREAT McDonald's

I am stumped as how I can order a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and a large coke and then be charged for hashbrowns (which I didn't order), then to receive my sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle.... . . Incompetence at it again....

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
There were three carry out orders in queue (I was in clear view of the receipt printouts); mine was the 3rd order. Employees chatted while waiting to complete an order instead of looking ahead to see if there were any easy orders that could be filled (i.e. my order which was a latte). After patiently waiting 10 minutes for my latte, I asked to speak with the manager. I pointed out how I observed her chatting it up with 3 other employees while waiting for the rest of the food to come out when she could have looked ahead and noticed that one of the orders was just a latte and started that order. She claimed she was actively filling other orders (even after I mentioned that I was observing their every movement and conversation from the counter). She attempted to make my latte and after encountering an issue with the machine, did not once pop her head up and say, “the machine might be broken, it might be a few minutes. Are you ok with that?” After 19 minutes of waiting for my ONE latte, I asked someone else if I could get a refund. I got my refund but cannot get back the 19 minutes I waited for ONE latte. The manager’s name was Camilla and she needs to take a class on workflow efficiency and customer service. It was grossly subpar of the standards of the McDonalds franchises.

8 just wanted over 30 min in the drive through. I ordered fresh dropped lrg fries. That's it. Just fries. When eventually got to the window they didn't seem to know what order was mine and when I informed them a fresh drop fries there was attitude and I did not receive fresh drop crispy on the outside creamy on the inside french fries. Instead I got chewy french fries. There were maybe four or five french fries in the whole container that tasted fresh. Whether it's one in the morning or noon we're still paying full price. I paid full price for half ass french fries
