Waited for 20 minutes at the drive thru. 3 cars left. Finally I said I'm just picking up. They then stated I can pull forward. It seemed as if they were wanting the customer to leave so they didn't have to make the food because the line was empty. I asked twice for help they said they'd be with me in a minute and I waited quite a long time before. Then when I got my food it was wrong. I had to whip back around to the window. Then the lady gave me an attitude because my burger was incorrect and they had to remake it.

All the tables were discussed in around the drink area was disgusting The workers were disgusting they turn the music up so loud they were sleeping around us while we were eating and before we got here they were doing nothing behind the counter just sitting around with the place filthy but as soon as we started eating it was like they were trying to push us out we don't appreciate this. The manager's name was Jamal and he was wearing flip-flops and socks thank you.

If I could give it zero stars I would!! Came here at 10:15pm, workers walking around after they told me “just a moment in drive thru” waited 10 min for no one to answer, manager walking around the store making eye contact with me while I’m at the window. Still does not come to the window to take our order after we’ve been waiting all this time. Cars are in the drive thru going through same issue. I get out to go inside the dinning room because I see a worker/manager present. She sees me coming to the door and quickly locks it!!! A customer in a black truck had this same issue. Do not recommend !!!

I come from north carolina, and i stopped there on my way to a meeting approx. 4:00 AM. I waited in the drive-thru about a half hour. When i first pulled up, the person on the speaker said, "someone will be with you shortly". I wonder what they consider shortly? Christmas? I left cus, i didnt want to be late for my meeting. Very bad service. Dont go there. They dont care if you sit for hours in the drive thru. Then they wonder why they get little pay. I am very disappointed. Had to go to my meeting with NO breakfast. Very Irresponsible staff. I gave one star. They dont even deserve one star. Had to in order to leave a review. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The Guy in the drive thru tonight 12/12 look like he was by himself mother I'm sure there was one or two people in the back. The nuggets were the freshest I'd ever had as if I had pulled em out the grease myself and started smashing lol👍🏽💯😋

It’s 12 noon and I had to go to a waiting parking space #3 for 10 minutes. The only thing I ordered was a small fries. (EDIT: I left at 12:14 with no fries after the lady in parking space #1 jumped out of her car mad at her wrong order when delivered to her).

Husband stopped by to pick up lunch. Workers weren't waiting on customers in the lobby, they were told to only worry about the drive thru. Instead, they were talking & on their phones. Worker in the back opened gum & put it in her mouth while cooking. Husband asked for a corporate number and manager refused to give it to him. She finally relented and gave him a number but I'm pretty sure it isn't the right number

the manager told me to leave when the posted hours said it was open, and was told to leave. he said that it was his store multiple times. It was the night shift manager on December 1st
