I just had some Jamaican jerk oxtails with pasta, and it was unforgettable. The oxtails were seasoned to perfection, so tender they melted right off the bone. Every bite was rich and flavorful, carrying that perfect balance of heat and spice. The pasta was cooked just right, soaking up all that savory goodness and tying the whole dish together beautifully.
My family visited your truck at the June - first Friday event (we were the family from South Texas all dressed in Pink for no specific reason🩷) lLet me tell you ma'am.......we still haven't quit talkin' bout it!!!!

Jerk chicken and shrimp and that pasta they bedded on, Lord have mercy! Restaurant quality food in a great food truck with incredible staffing. 100% recommended, if you see them, stop and eat with them. I can tell you but you gottta try it and become a believer.
